Tic Tocs Day Nursery

They provide excellent home cooked food and a wide variety of activities for all ages. Our kids have been extremely cheerful here and cannot suggest them enough. A remarkable childcare centre with welcoming, competent team who are consistently very welcoming.

The girls are lovely but I sense like the childcare centre is lacking. My kid is a super fussy eater and they couldn’t cater for her. Even when I sent in a lunch of her own, half of it wasn’t offered or was not allowed. Allergies I can understand (nuts, etc.) but simple things like crisps, juice, a chocolate spread sandwich. I sense as a parent we should be allowed to offer our kids food which we deem fit. Unfortunately, they don’t agree which resulted in our daughter going seven hours without food.
I also found that because our little one was shy and not very talkative she often got left out. We’d get sent pictures of all the kids and rarely our daughter would be in them. I often found that when we came to pick her up they couldn’t tell me what she had done, other than ‘she had a great day’. She didn’t really excel there which is a shame because the childcare centre itself is lovely and the facilities are excellent. The team is super welcoming and very supportive.
