Puffins at Clystheath

Would definitely suggest. The team are very welcoming and efficient. I sense our kids are cheerful and secure in the setting. My Son and Daughter have both attended Puffins at Clystheath over the years and I’ve been very impressed with it.

Very accommodating and flexible with bookings if I’ve needed to move on the odd occasion and I have been able to book in extra sessions. All the team are so welcoming and approachable and I really sense at ease when I leave him there. He’s consistently so excited on the days he goes to childcare centre; he goes off no problem and comes out so cheerful. Thank you puffins! Our son has been with Puffins at Clystheath since the beginning of March 2022 and they have been nothing short of incredible.

The team are all very expert, welcoming and engaging. If we’ve had a problem they have been very quick to sort anything out. They are cheerful to swap days and accommodate extra sessions which is reassuring when we’ve had to make unplanned short-notice amendments to our schedule. The online system is exceptional and we get updates throughout the day of sleeps, nappies, food and activities. The team are all very welcoming and attentive. The process of putting her into childcare centre was made much easier knowing that she was in a secure and interactive setting. Our daughter started in February 2022 and so far we’ve been really cheerful with the service.

They have been incredible with my son’s transition from a previous childcare centre that did not suit him. They have made me sense at ease with offering help should he need any additional assistance and made us both sense so welcome. They have provided all the assistance adore and care he needs so far and kept me up to date with how his day has been with pictures on the app. All team are smiley and positive and do lots of enjoyable activities with the kids. I cannot praise Clystheath Puffins enough.

Fully cater to every need for your kid and yourself! Would 100% suggest! I’m so glad I chose this childcare centre for my daughter. She has become the most clever strong independent cheerful little girl! The team at Puffins at Clystheath are just honestly all so lovely and incredible!

The bond each member of team forms with each individual kid is incredible, it massively helps with supporting and catering to their needs and has helped ease my nerves with regard to leaving my kids in secure hands. I couldn’t suggest Puffins, Clystheath enough, a big thank you! My kids have attended Puffins from the baby group right up until preschool, the team have been completely incredible at supporting both myself and my kids.

He is so content and cheerful there. All the team are so dedicated and you can see they all have a great relationship with the kids. Our younger kid has been attending the same childcare centre for nearly 6 months and the team try to ensure they can playtime and see each other as much as possible. Our younger kid had more of a struggle settling but the team were patient, did a home visit and lots of little settling in sessions to get her used to them. We get some lovely photos sent home on Tapestry and get regular updates about their days. They both go on lots of trips and they are content going into childcare centre in the morning. The team at Puffins have been really flexible with us when we had issues with our universal credit claim and we were able to resolve it quickly. Also a bonus, they offer sibling discount. Puffins have also been flexible with the days we have booked, due to a potential change in my working hours. My toddler has been coming to Puffins, Clyst Heath for over 2 years now.

They were very well‑informed about the provision and could answer all my questions at the time. The settling sessions have been positive and all the team are welcoming and approachable. We are now looking forward to our daughter starting with the childcare centre and sense that the outdoor space coupled with the attentive and organised team will allow her to delight in her days at Puffins at Clystheath. The childcare centre has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of our particular circumstances and arranged a show around at very short notice.

He had a terrible food aversion and with the help of team, he now eats perfectly. His social and language skills improved and the team has been incredibly supportive with all of his needs. Can highly suggest it, our son loves attending and has a lot of enjoyable. The childcare centre has been incredible at supporting our son.

All the team and managers were so supportive in helping ease the transition by arranging some settling sessions that I could also attend. The team were all incredible and it really helped. She is now in the bumble bee room and is very cheerful.
