You have helped our boy in so many ways and we can’t thank the team enough! Cannot thank Mama Bears enough for all they have done for my son.

September 24, 2024 at 1:02 pmFrom the one-hour taster session where he didn’t want to leave as he was having so much enjoyable to now, where he looks forward to childcare centre days and knows exactly where to go when we get out of the car. All the childcare centre nurses are incredible and really do care about the kids, they show them compassion and understanding. In a short space of time, my son went from barely walking to now almost running. From hardly speaking to now singing himself to sleep. I honestly could keep going on and on about how excellent this childcare centre and all the employees are. Thank you for taking such excellent care of him, he really does adore it! As a covid baby mama I was quite anxious about sending my son to childcare centre but also knew how important it was for him to socialise, especially with all the lockdowns.

She has learnt so many things since being in childcare centre. She loves going every week and tells me all about it when I see her. She loves the team and the setting. I believe the team all do an incredible job. The childcare centre is managed well, all team are very welcoming. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone looking for a childcare centre. The childcare centre is an incredible setting.

She’s made so many friends and enjoys the different types of activities and outside areas. The team are incredibly supportive and so supportive here. My daughter’s verbal updates and socializing has developed so much since coming here. Forever grateful my daughter feels right at home here! One very cheerful Mama Bear! My daughter settled in here right away, no tears.

October 22, 2024 at 2:07 pmShe consistently comes home with a smile on her face! The team are all lovely and very supportive. I’ve had no issues or problems here whatsoever. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre to anyone else. Since my daughter started in the summer last year, I’ve seen a huge improvement in her speech, fine motor skills and behaviour.

I adore hearing about her day and all the fantastic activities she joins in with. I am so glad I decided to send her to Mama Bear’s. It is the best childcare centre in the area. I was delighted when they received their outstanding Ofsted last year, as I truly believe the childcare centre and team are outstanding. The Manager and Team are a credit to the company. My Daughter has been at Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre & Pre-School for 18 months now.

The childcare centre has been very supportive during a personal home matter and I couldn’t thank them enough. Very welcoming childcare centre.

My son has been attending this childcare centre for two years now and I must say, his updates skills have improved and he’s more expressive than before thanks to the help of the educators of the childcare centre.

I am very grateful for their assistance and advice they give. My son really enjoys attending childcare centre after he settled with practitioners and going in very cheerful. I am very cheerful with Mama’s Bear Day Childcare centre.

She has been so attentive, thoughtful and considerate to my son’s growth and made his little journey that much easier. I was very anxious, but she again made the transition for myself and my son an easier period due to her committed nature and incredible care of all aspects and needs of us both. I’m forever grateful and can’t suggest or thank her enough!

My daughter first started in January and she absolutely loves it, the settling in with the team was incredible making her sense comfortable and cheerful.

May 26, 2025 at 1:53 pmHe has settled in and is so cheerful there. He is a very strong-willed and lively little boy who needs guidance and time. I have found this childcare centre to be incredible with him. They are extremely expert and attentive. Handing a kid over to strangers is very difficult, but this childcare centre has made it so easy. My grandson settled at Mama Bear’s in Torquay a month ago.

June 4, 2025 at 2:02 pmAs he is a Covid baby with some additional challenges, it was important to me to find a place that would assistance and understand his needs and I sense the team at Mama Bear’s do just that. He really enjoys childcare centre; all of his key workers have been exceptional, demonstrating a knowledge of his personality and needs that is both reassuring and comforting to me as a mum. The childcare centre is well-managed and the team are approachable, compassionate and well‑informed. I was thrilled when they achieved their (deserved) Outstanding OFSTED status. My son has made development at Mama Bear’s that I don’t think he’d have made just being at home; he gets to participate in all sorts of fantastic activities, making it far easier to get him to bed on the nights he’s attended! I definitely plan to send my next little one to Mama Bear’s in the near future. My son has attended Mama Bear’s since he was 18 months old.

My son loves going to childcare centre and although this review only states a particular month, they have been remarkable since day one, over two years ago. They have worked with me throughout some difficult personal times and accommodated my son at short notice sometimes. Outstanding and highly recommended! The entire team have been outstanding and have really helped my son in his discovering and social development.
