Puffins at Mont Le Grand

We appreciate the outings that they do when their staffing ratios permit. Several of the team are really outstanding. We’ve had a great journey with this childcare centre over the last year and our little one is positive about their time there.

My kid is consistently cheerful after her time at pre-school and we’ve never had any cause for concern. The team have consistently been excellent at helping my kid to settle in, especially after a 3-month break due to Covid last year.

She loves going to childcare centre and has made lots of friends there. The team are excellent, and they do loads of enjoyable activities that are excellent for development. We are updated with comments and photos on a daily basis through the app, which is outstanding. The managers and team are all really supportive. Highly suggest! My daughter, who is nearly two, attends Puffins Mont Le Grand.

We are really cheerful to have our daughter at the childcare centre! Our 8 month old has recently started at the childcare centre.

The team are lovely and attentive, the kids all seem very cheerful and we really appreciate that they use an app which keeps us up to date on sleep, feeds and photos throughout the day.

She was previously attending another childcare centre that closed their baby room due to team shortages. This change was a blessing in disguise. The childcare centre team are so welcoming, personable and engaging with the kids. Our daughter is excited to attend childcare centre and talks about her friends and what she gets up to there. The team are excellent at keeping us updated daily with photos and comments. It has been such a breath of fresh air in comparison to her previous childcare centre. I would highly suggest Puffins, they do a remarkable job! Our 2-year-old daughter has been attending Puffins at Mont Le Grand for the past 8 months.

It’s such a nurturing and thoughtful setting, and the girls have so much enjoyable! I have no doubt that their safety is consistently at the forefront of team’s mind and the lovely men and women working there have helped so much in easing their anxiety after lockdowns and Covid. My family owes them an enormous debt, and we sense so lucky to know that Mont le Grand will be the setting of some of their earliest childhood memories! Can’t fault them and can’t suggest them more highly. My daughters are lucky enough to attend, and the care they receive is fantastic.

My youngest has been there since she was 3 months. It’s been outstanding. My eldest no longer goes there but misses it. I would thoroughly suggest it! Secure and nurturing setting. The manager is lovely. I’ve sent both my daughters to Puffins.

Two of my kids have progressed through the childcare centre. The first attended from 2013 and the second just left in summer 2021. In all those years we have been extremely cheerful with the care and expertise shown to our kids. It honestly felt so sad when both kids left – as if we were leaving family. All the team members were absolutely exceptional. They have obviously been trained really well but the way they looked after and taught my kids went beyond that. They all treated my kids so well and genuinely cared. Most recently through the pandemic they were astounding and managed to get through it without it affecting the kids too much but still keeping them secure. I have nothing but great things to say about the childcare centre. My last baby was really clingy to me (mum) and cried a lot of the day and night with tummy pain. This did not phase them when he started and he finally was cheerful to be left with people other than me. I cannot rate Puffins Mount le Grand highly enough.
