We suggest Tops to anyone who wants to know their little one is secure and secure and discovering every day. Thank you, everyone, at Tops Efford. October 10, 2024 at 12:15 amFollowing the lockdown, she was and still can be very clingy and anxious of new people. The childcare centre team worked with her on this giving lots of reassurance and she now goes in smiling and comes home full of stories about her day. It is a lovely setting with lots of opportunities for her to learn and try new things. I adore the regular photos and updates on her latest adventures and things she has been doing. The team are really lovely and consistently have the time to tell me about her day. My daughter has been attending Tops Day Childcare centre Efford for a few months now.

They are consistently exploring new things, and also ask me what my daughter enjoys at home, this means that we are all working together to make the best journey. This makes my daughter’s journey between her home life and childcare centre much easier. I have found the team to be cheerful, information and supportive.

All of the team are absolutely remarkable; really attentive, welcoming and attentive. My daughter absolutely loves her childcare centre days and can’t wait to get in and playtime! We are so, so thankful to everyone at Tops Efford and would 100% suggest it to anyone and everyone! Remarkable, remarkable childcare centre! We absolutely adore this childcare centre.

He has become more outgoing and welcoming he is discovering so much from them, he has made loads of friends and I will be sending my other son there when he older. This childcare centre is incredible.

Only disappointment is that the Tops Efford building is still out of action and travelling to another branch is not convenient.

June 26, 2025 at 10:26 amHer face lights up when I mention she is on her way to school and she exclaims “I adore it”. The team have gone above and beyond to ensure she settled in well. Excellent food choices and variety of activities. Cannot fault them at all. One less worry for a busy mummy. My daughter was inconsolable leaving me on the first two days, however within just those two sessions she is now desperate to go to childcare centre.

July 2, 2025 at 1:06 pmTops is very close to our house though, so we went to view – from the moment he walked in, my son loved it, the toys and set-up are incredible (he particularly likes the fact that some parts are real items made secure – eg real phones/tv remotes to playtime with) the rooms are very inviting and welcoming, the team are lovely, and the outdoor area is exceptional too. The menu consistently sounds delicious. We adore that they offer a lot of opportunities for outside playtime, too! Along with all that, their emphasis on sustainability is something that aligns with our own ethics at home, too. My son had previously attended a different childcare centre which unfortunately had to close.

My kid really enjoys childcare centre although he can be shy/anxious the childcare centre have done all they can to help him with this.
