Pixieland Day Nursery - Stoke

I sense so at ease when my daughter attends because I know shes going to have the best day. She consistently comes out so cheerful and smiling. The childcare centre team are all really welcoming and really make us sense so welcome. We are consistently kept up to date on our daughters day through a daily diary which is nice to be able to see what she gets up to. This review is for the childcare centre in general.

The team in every room and management are incredible, really welcoming and excellent with the kids. The childcare centre has been nothing but flexible changing with our family’s needs and is consistently spotless, tidy and expert. The facilities are also exceptional for the kids which really helped us to decide on Pixieland for our kid. I consistently suggest Pixieland when people are looking for a childcare centre to sense comfortable to send their kid to. My kid has attended Pixieland Stoke for over a year now they started in babies and has progressed all the way through.

He has been so cheerful in each room and has formed some very close bonds with the team, who are incredible. He learns so much, as well as having lots of enjoyable. They do a wide range of activities and playtime in the garden every day. The facilities are outstanding, with a sensory room and a jungle gym. The office team are also exceptional, and have been so supportive and accommodating when we’ve had issues such as needing to change sessions, and when our little boy needed extra care and risk assessments putting in place due to an injury (sustained in the park not at childcare centre). The fact that over the Christmas holidays he kept asking if today was childcare centre day, and was disappointed when we said no, shows how much he loves it! Highly suggest. Our little boy has been at Pixieland Day childcare centre Stoke, since he was 14 months old and has been through Babies, Little Tods and is now in Toddlers.

He looks forward to going each day, has made so many friends and tells his father and I funny stories over dinner each evening about his adventures from the day. I can relax knowing he is in the secure hands of team members he adores and is provided with a nutritious lunch and healthy snacks throughout his day.
He had previously attended a different childcare centre, but they simply did not have the resources or the team quality that Pixieland provides. My son is so cheerful here, I would not even consider sending him anywhere else. My son has been attending preschool at Pixieland in Stoke for a few months now and he absolutely loves it.

The team are exceptional and engaging, and you sense they take a genuine interest in the childrens’ wellbeing. There is a definite shift in the pre-school room as they try and prepare the kids for school and more independence, which takes a bit of getting used to at first but it is really worth it in the long run and my son has adapted well and loves showing me the things he has learned – both education-wise (e.g they learned about syllables recently) and with personal independence (more toilet independence, getting shoes, socks and coat on himself, etc). The team really know them as individuals and work well with them both. I had a couple of teething problems early on, and by raising these with the childcare centre, they were sorted really well and I am very cheerful taking my kids there. I have two kids at the childcare centre, one in the baby room and one in the pre-school room.

The childcare centre itself is consistently spotless and the facilities for the kids are excellent! I would highly suggest to other parents. My kid absolutely loves Pixieland Day childcare centre Stoke, the team are really welcoming and excellent with the kids.

My daughter is very cheerful going there. I wish all the nurseries could be the same as Pixieland. Very spotless, the team very polite, with very great care for the kids. excellent facilities. The best childcare centre I have ever seen.

The team are incredible and care so much. The facilities are exceptional, especially with the additions of the outside playtime area and the indoor soft playtime – both of mine have loved playing with it all.
The quality of care is incredible, but the work they put in to helping your kid learn is magnificent. My youngest is in pre-school and is regularly singing the whole alphabet letter perfect.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My kids have been going to Pixieland for a few years now and I can’t fault them.

We were nervous at first about leaving her in someone else’s care but we couldn’t have hoped for a better childcare centre. Right from day one we were left reassured that we could call at anytime to check on how she was doing. Our daughter quickly became accustomed to her new setting and was clearly enjoying the variety of activities available. Two members of team have been incredible and have formed a excellent relationship with our daughter. I was especially reassured on the few occasions I collected her and the member of team that met me at the door didn’t recognise me, so they got someone who did know me to check who I was before handing my kid over. Our daughter is very well looked after and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to others. My daughter has been attending Pixieland Day childcare centre – Stoke since July 2020.

They have made my kid’s first few months so easy. From our first viewing till now, they have been outstanding. My kid loves coming to childcare centre he runs most mornings. Jodie is his favourite and we are so cheerful with everything, keep up the great work. The team are consistently so incredible.
