The team are very welcoming, inviting, accommodating and well‑informed. Each and every team member is approachable and are excellent with my little one. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. My daughter is thriving. She is independent, confident, cheerful and well looked after. Thank you. After much consideration, we decided to move our daughter from another childcare centre to cheerful Days and honestly it was the best decision.

I was so afraid to send him as he’s shy in new environments but he absolutely loves it. The change in the way he acts at home is lovely too. He listens to me when I call his name and helps tidy toys. I think that has a lot to do with the fantastic team at cheerful Days. Since having my son at cheerful Days his speech has come on leaps and bounds.

There is a excellent variety of toys, books and activities and plenty of opportunities for playing outside. He is extremely cheerful there. We are particularly grateful for input and assistance with his speech delay; there have been regular educational plans which have been discussed with us and he is progressing brilliantly. I have highly recommended this childcare centre to friends and will continue to do so. We are really cheerful with cheerful Days Derriford for our son.

They are consistently so supportive, compassionate, attentive and willing to help with anything at all. Referrals have been made for my son who is suspected to have Autism and an Individualised Education Plan has been put in place for both kids to help them development. team are so supportive and I really appreciate everything they have done for my kids. Both of my kids have been attending this childcare centre since they were 6 months old and the team have been nothing short of incredible.

I was extremely anxious as she had been looked after only by family members before. All team were incredible and very patient as I phoned up a few times each day to see how she was getting on. They look after your kids as if they were their own with plenty of cuddles if needed. Would highly suggest them to anyone and everyone. My daughter started with cheerful Days in January 2023.

They’ve been remarkable with our kid, consistently keeping us updated on what’s going on with her and how she’s doing with the other kids. They even give us little report cards at the end of the day!
They consistently make sure to communicate with us which we really appreciate, and they’re very understanding if a situation comes up.

They have been remarkable at managing my daughters’ allergies and provide lots of excellent food alternatives that she is able to eat. They have been incredible at discovering about her disability and how to manage it while she is in childcare centre. I felt so welcomed this morning when we walked into her childcare centre room and a team member, knowing that my daughter is deaf, signed great morning to her, it was so lovely to see! They have been remarkable at supporting my daughter as she has moved from one room to another, giving her lots of time in her new room to let her get used to both the new setting and the new team before she fully moved up. I will be so sad when she leaves as everyone there has been incredible and I can see how much she loves it! cheerful Days Derriford have been nothing but compassionate, supportive and welcoming.

They are incredible, trustworthy and you really sense rest assured that your kids are in great hands when you drop them off.
They are by far the best childcare centre you could possibly imagine and the people are remarkable. The food they give the kids is 100% and they consistently have their best interest at heart.
They communicate with you every step of the way and will give you a full brief of how your kid has done for the day which includes naps, playtime time, food and drink who they playtime with and what they have enjoyed the most.
This childcare centre has ticked every box for me and they go above and beyond for you. My kid has gone to cheerful days for a couple of years and so did my other kid.

Initially it took a bit of time for him to settle in, but I was able to attend plenty of settle sessions with him as needed, which really helped us both! He really enjoys his time there and I can see a big difference in his development and temperament since starting. The team are all very compassionate and attentive and it makes such a difference to my working day knowing he in secure hands. Thank you. I am very cheerful with the care my son receives at cheerful Days childcare centre.

Now we are able to pick up from the classroom we have seen in person how much he is enjoying it and how cheerful he is with his educators. Since joining cheerful Days he has come on leaps and bounds and we sense it has massively benefited him in all ways. All members of team have been very welcoming and welcoming and our kid has been very comfortable with all members of team he has encountered. We have very much loved and enjoyed seeing our little boy grow in self‑assurance and leave childcare centre at the end of the day with a big smile on his face.
