October 13, 2024 at 3:55 amI was quite apprehensive to begin with but was quickly reassured by the welcoming atmosphere and updates during his few hours there. Now he loves going and has made lots of new friends. The team send me updates on how he’s doing and what he’s up to. They try to assistance his allergies as best they can and ensure that he’s able to safely sit with his friends at meal times. They have their own onsite forest school and it’s a purpose built building. It’s affordable and welcoming and overall we like it. I started sending my son here when he was just over 1.

December 29, 2024 at 4:16 amThe team are consistently very welcoming and approachable. My daughter loves the different activity areas along with structured activities. With the new addition of the indoor climbing frame, it’s not consistently easy to get her to want to leave. My youngest has been at the childcare centre since it opened in the summer and in September she went full time.

February 27, 2025 at 1:41 pmWhen going back to work you are very conscious of childcare and making sure you place your kid in the right care. I have never had any problems with my kid settling in and he was at a very young age.
He loves going there each week, I never have any problems with him going in, in the morning the team are there to meet him and make him sense at ease right from the start of the day.
The updates is very great between me and his key worker. I consistently know what he has done etc during his session there and haven’t experienced any problems with the childcare centre.
I have a very cheerful boy who loves playing and interacting with everyone there. I would highly suggest this childcare centre for your kid.

April 30, 2025 at 5:00 pmHe has been going since May 2019 and is consistently cheerful and content when we drop him off. The team are all exceptional, my son is consistently really pleased to see them. The facility is fab, lots for the kids to do and most importantly, spotless. I like the fact I can see regular updates on the Famly app and read about what he’s been up to, see pictures and info like what time he has napped, what he’s eaten for a snack etc. I would highly suggest them. My son absolutely loves coming to Bright Eyes in the Clays.

May 18, 2025 at 12:00 amBrighteyes In the Clays are very accommodating and flexible. The team are so welcoming and approachable. The setting is incredibly secure, secure and private. My son is attending 4 days a week, preparing him for school this year. He loves going and has made some fantastic bonds with his peers while being there. I never worry about talking to any of the team about concerns I have about the development/behaviour/growth of my kid. They are consistently willing to work alongside me with the changes in my little human. They are all incredible. I WOULD suggest this childcare centre to anyone/everyone. Communication is key and all the team at Brighteyes relay information on a daily basis. Fantastic childcare centre. When looking for a new childcare centre for my youngest son, I need to find somewhere that could offer me time slots that suited me, around schools runs and work.
