March 26, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter started nursery when she was 6 and a half months old, best decision we made, she is now nearly 17 months old and has come on leaps and bounds due to the staff and environment at Pixieland. Having no siblings, she loves being around others and learning valuable social skills. Nursery makes her very happy and she doesn’t stop all day from having so much fun with the staff and her friends.

They exceeded expectations with the level of care and compassion that they have shown both my daughter and I really feel that my baby is in safe hands while I am at work.

April 24, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been going to Pixieland since she was just a year old and the team there have been absolute lifesavers. I could not have gone back to work without their support. The nursery is flexible about timings and have really been there for me when I needed childcare at short notice. It’s a really great setting to get children ready for the school environment. My daughter has enjoyed her time there and since starting nursery her social skills, speech and learning have really come on. The staff are friendly and really helpful and my daughter gets on well with all of them.

April 25, 2019 at 12:00 amMy first child loved Pixieland and I had no doubts about sending my second child to Pixieland. The staff are accommodating, caring and always do so much with the children.
The facilities at Pixieland Saltash are also really good and above what other nurseries offer.

April 25, 2019 at 12:00 amFrom the moment we were shown around Pixieland Saltash, I knew I would be comfortable leaving my 9-month-old daughter in their care.
As first-time parents and myself returning to work, it was a daunting time but from her first day, I knew we had made the right choice. In the baby room, they do so many activities and I love receiving photos through the app during the day to see what they have been up to. All food is provided during the day which is a big help. The ladies in the baby room have built a great relationship with my little girl and she loves going to nursery!

March 11, 2020 at 12:00 amMy three year old has been attending Pixieland Saltash since she was eleven months old. I’ve watched my baby grow and develop into a wonderful little girl and this is partly due to the wonderful support and development gained through nursery. Pixieland staff are the most heartfelt team you could wish for your child to be cared for. The variety of learning and play is extensive and each child is encouraged to grow in confidence and this is all down to the staff. I would highly recommend Pixieland Saltash to be the nursery for your child. Trustworthy, kind, considerate but, more importantly, your child will love it, mine does.

April 9, 2020 at 12:00 amPixieland Day Nursery goes above and beyond to help settle children in. We have been using Pixieland since our son was 6 months old. We have three children using its services. One has additional needs and I cannot praise the staff highly enough for everything they do.

He is thriving, he is now in Pre-school getting ready to attend primary school and his teachers are doing an amazing job getting him ready. Thank you to all staff at Pixieland!

March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been attending Pixieland Day Nursery – Saltash since September. They have been very accommodating. At the moment she only goes one day a week but will be attending more in the future. Under two’s are a great team! They really help grow the little ones and offer them so much to learn. Pre-school has been really good at helping to develop my little girl’s speech and creative side. I recommend this branch as most of the staff have a good understanding of children and their needs.

April 6, 2023 at 12:00 amThe staff in the nursery are good and are accommodating to my child’s needs. There was a high turnover of staff initially and most were in training so I would have liked to have seen more qualified staff speaking to me on handover. As this nursery is the only one that offers extended hours in this area, I would have expected them to be more flexible. I am unable to change hours according to my working pattern and the sessions offered are not convenient at all without it costing a fortune. They should be more accommodating to those who need it!

April 19, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth my children have gone to Pixieland Saltash from babies, youngest still going and have both absolutely thrived. The staff are so good with all of the children and mine both absolutely love their time here. Communication between parents and staff is brilliant, always letting us know what is going on if needed. Would thoroughly recommend the nursery to anybody.

April 19, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child is non-verbal and has global delays, the preschool staff have done an amazing job with him same with the SEN lady. My little boy’s confidence has grown significantly and his speech is coming on very well, with learning new words each week. He’s always happy when he comes out of nursery.

She is happy at nursery which is evidenced by photos sent to me by staff via the app and from daily feedback.
Meals and snacks are supplied where the children get to sit and eat with each other and are encouraged to try new foods which are good and nutritious.

The staff are really caring and it’s clear that they form wonderful bonds with the children. They are so communicative, with updates throughout the day and a comprehensive handover at the end of the session. I can see when I go in to pick up my daughter how happy she is there. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter started at Pixieland Day Nursery Saltash in May last year when she was nine months old and absolutely loves it! The staff are all very lovely with her and she willingly goes to them and can’t wait to get inside.
They have been very accommodating to requests for extra days or changes to her usual days etc.
The app is fantastic, I receive updates and pictures throughout the day and an end of day summary. Highly recommended!

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son started with Pixieland Day Nursery Saltash in February when he was 9 months and they have been absolutely wonderful with him. He loves going to nursery and is always pleased to see all of the staff. I honestly could not wish for a better group of staff to care for him. The love and attention that they pay to the children is amazing. My husband works away a lot and although my son attends 4 days, term time only, they have been really accommodating with adding additional days where needed. I cannot fault this nursery and I am very happy that my son gets to spend time with such fantastic staff.
