Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth

The team have been so supportive, both for my daughter and myself whilst working to get the right SEN assistance. A huge thank you to the whole team for the three years my daughter will have been there. Absolutely exceptional childcare centre.

It is comforting leaving my daughter with attentive and passionate childcare providers. My little girl loves coming and is consistently excited to tell me about all of the activities she has done throughout the day. She also loves the dinner at childcare centre which smells delicious! Would highly suggest Happy Days Treloweth. The team at Happy Days Treloweth are so welcoming and consistently open the door with a smile.

He is very shy due to Covid and I was very anxious to leave him. The settling in sessions were phenomenal and the team and customer journey we have experienced have been outstanding. Nothing is to much trouble and they consistently have a smile to greet us. Would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. The childcare centre have been remarkable in helping my baby to settle into the baby room.

the team is consistently polite and welcoming. My son loves going to the childcare centre and loves his educators and has made lots of friends. My son also loves the garden area. Happy Days is a lovely childcare centre.

The care he has received has consistently been incredible. The team are all so supportive. Nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about each kid as an individual. My son is cheerful and cared for just like he was being looked after by a family member. They put you at ease when leaving them to return to work. I cannot suggest Treloweth Nursery enough! My son has attended the childcare centre since he was 9 months old.

The team are consistently very supportive and incredible with the kids. My son is very cheerful there.

I sense that when I drop my daughter to the childcare centre she is secure and cared for well.
The professionalism in the team has been exceptional, especially through outbreaks of Covid and team sickness. Credit to the team in minimising disruption to the childcare centre, I never felt the stress that must have been upon them all in this time.
Here are some of the reasons I leave a hugely positive review. My kid is consistently spotless when I pick her up, when she was in nappies they changed it regularly and she consistently had a fresh one on at pick up.
The updates between the team and parents is incredible, every day a handover is given to the parent. All the team are pleasant and expert.
Never have to wait long to pick up and consistently a member of team in the entrance to greet.
My daughter loves going and the food.
The team are genuinely compassionate, attentive and just incredible. I could go on. My journey with Happy Days Nursery & Preschool has been nothing but outstanding for so many reasons.

Despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic, they allowed us to visit the setting and stay with our son until he settled. The team all seem genuinely attentive and are consistently expert. He loves going to childcare centre and particularly enjoys the sing and sign sessions. Happy Days Nursery & Preschool – Treloweth have made my son’s childcare centre start very smooth.

The entire team are remarkable. When I was due to return to work after maternity I was extremely apprehensive of leaving my son. The team made both my son and I comfortable and reassured. My little boy has developed hugely by attending Happy Days. The team have worked hard to keep things as normal as possible whilst maintaining government guidelines and the smile on my sons face when I drop him and collect him is testament to the team. I highly suggest Happy Days Nursery.

Having had to very quickly find alternative childcare due to our first childcare centre being closed down without notice I was incredibly nervous about finding somewhere new! However, it was clearly meant to be as my son (clingy lockdown baby) was happier here than he ever was at the first one! The team have been incredible from day one, consistently cheerful to take the time to answer any queries or concerns and take the time to get to really know the kids and parents/carers. My son had the most fantastic bond with his first key worker in particular, who is now a key worker to my daughter who now also goes to the childcare centre with my son five mornings a week. My son has moved through up to the preschool now and is doing brilliantly and again the team at each stage have all been fantastic and he’s continued to make such lovely bonds. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. I go to work each day knowing that my kids are in excellent hands and having the best time! I cannot praise Happy Days Treloweth enough!
