After two quite disastrous experiences at other settings, Happy Days Nursery & Preschool – Penair welcomed our son with open arms and from day one! They have been absolutely incredible with him. Every single team member has been fantastic and gone the extra mile. One member of team, in particular, has been a complete godsend with my son’s discovering and updates and she really is a credit to the childcare centre. I will be very sad the day I have to move my son to school as he absolutely loves his childcare centre days and goes in the happiest little boy! I couldn’t have him anywhere else now. Thank you. Happy Days Penair have gone above and beyond our expectations with our son!

My kid has really developed her speech within the last couple of weeks. They have put all in time and effort with her. She consistently has a smile on her face when I pick her up. Staff have been excellent!

The manager and the rest of the team are remarkable. My daughter has made so much development since she started with them – she’s gained so much self‑assurance and her skills with her mobility, puzzle-solving, feeding herself and even going to sleep on her own have all developed so well. It’s lovely to pick her up and see the little changes and improvements she has made during her time at childcare centre. I adore the outdoor space and the way the natural setting is used every day. Our daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre and we adore sending her there – every member of team knows every kid even if they don’t work with them in their room and the care is really personalised to each kid. I’ve seen such a difference in her discovering and see new things that she’s learnt every day. The team are consistently more than cheerful to accommodate my daughter and I, in any way that we may need. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone that is thinking of sending their kid here. My daughter absolutely loves coming to childcare centre every day.

Over the last few months, they have kept calm and are consistently smiling over what must have been a difficult time recently with reduced staffing. The substantive team have worked hard to keep things running smoothly, and we appreciate this for keeping a great structure for the kids.
There are consistently lots of activities on offer to do. We adore hearing what they’ve been up to all during the day and seeing the crafts they’ve made, which my daughter is consistently so proud to show us at the end of the day. The team at Happy Days Penair are consistently exceptional.

As a first-time mum, I was very anxious to leave my 14-month old and I just did not know what to expect. What really impressed me from the start was how the manager took us around the childcare centre on an open day and answered all of our questions. The settling in sessions were excellent and my mind was put at ease as there was not a single thing I disliked about their approach and ethos. Everything is baby led (exactly how I had done things for the last 14 months) and my baby has been thriving there. I sense calm and assured that my kid is well looked after whilst I am smoothly transitioning into the life of a working mother. My childs updates skills have improved massively, as well as his eating and sleeping. He absolutely loves the food there. My favourite thing is the outdoor area where my kid spends considerable time exploring and discovering. I am extremely cheerful with our choice and look forward to seeing how my kid develops. I am absolutely over the moon with Happy Days Penair!

The team are welcoming and compassionate. They ooze enthusiasm and energy. They really know the kids in their care. We have detailed debriefs about the day and activities. The outdoor area is exceptional. It is wild and engaging and the kids can roam free and learn in a woodland setting unlike any other in any childcare centre in Truro. Our daughter loves this magical place and we cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work. Happy Days Penair is a fantastic place for kids to learn and grow as little people.

The team are incredible and truly invest in helping Henry develop and create a truly engaging setting. They work with me to help my son in areas when needed and he has especially improved in his curiousness of trying new foods. His key worker feels like an extension of me and I couldn’t be more grateful of the continuity in her approach especially when I work full-time. Truly grateful for the full team they have all been fantastic in different ways. My son has attended Happy Days Nursery & Preschool – Penair since last September and he has come on leaps and bounds.

My grandson is consistently keen to go and cheerful when he leaves. I consistently sense welcome when collecting him and the team are consistently welcoming, expert and informative. My grandson loves playing outside and the forest area is ideal for him. This childcare centre has a lovely atmosphere, relaxed and cheerful.

The team are so attentive and compassionate to them, from the baby room right through to the preschool room. They have happily cuddled and helped to settle at drop off when it’s been needed and every time we’ve picked up, the boys have had a excellent day. We get lots of information at pick up about what they’ve been up to and even when it’s busy, the handover doesn’t sense rushed. It’s clear the team really care about and take the time to know all the kids in the childcare centre, not just the ones in their room. The setting itself is lovely, the indoor rooms are well organised and sense calm and cheerful, the outdoor space is incredible and they spend so much time out there. My youngest is so proud to be part of the eco council and talks about what they’ve been doing all the time at home. I absolutely suggest Happy Days Nursery & Preschool – Penair, we have been so cheerful with them for six years now! All three of our boys have been really cheerful at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool – Penair over the last 6-years.
