They are more than delighted to adapt to each childs needs and really show an interest in the welfare of the youngsters. The crew work brilliantly with the youngsters and our little one has always enjoyed his days there. We have found Snapdragons to be both a professional and welcoming early‑years hub.

This is such an incredibly painful cord to cut. The office personnel always go above and beyond to accommodate my family’s weird work patterns and childcare needs. A true home from home full of extremely thrilled kids and personnel members. What a wonderfully vibrant, dynamic and pioneering nursery setting. Frankly, the preschool crew are the dream team. Our girl is leaving with such a strong sense of community, friendship and creativity. Snapdragons Nursery Redland is just the start any parent would wish for their little one. What an incredible, lovely and creative bunch all with such unique strengths, talents. We don’t want our kid to leave.

The personnel are so kind and caring and made the first few days at childcare centre so easy and comfortable for me and my youngster. They rang every few hours to keep me updated and made the transition incredibly effortless. The location is fantastic and the building is always spotless and protected. As a first time mother, I was extremely anxious about putting my little one in nursery setting at 9 months old, but the crew at Snapdragons Redland put my mind at ease from the first settling in session. Thank you Snapdragons Redland! I cannot praise the crew enough.

Their communications throughout the pandemic has been incredible and so reassuring, during such an unsettled time! The facilities are great and the early‑years hub is so immaculate and well organised. She has developed so much and always enjoys the daily activities. The nursery setting sites and team are fantastic! Our girl has been going for over a year and she treasures going, which is a testament to the nursery setting. The team are so welcoming and make us feel so relaxed sending her here.

The premises and cleanliness of the nursery setting drew us to Snapdragons Redland and I suggest it to all my mum friends. I know my girl is well looked after from drop-off to pick-up and the smile on her face when I pick her up makes me feel 100% self‑assured in our choice of early‑years hub. Our young lady has been at the nursery setting since January 2020 and we have been so thrilled with our period to date. Throughout the lockdown period, the nursery setting provided us with weekly activity and food ideas which, given it was such an unnerving time, were hugely appreciated. The team made the settling process really reassuring and I couldn’t fault them, they also made the journey easier for us, as parents.

Our child’s period has been really good. The crew are excellent and we are always impressed with how much they attention and do for our little one. We are constantly pleased with his progress and that is down to the individuals that attention for him.

Our carer is exceptionally sweet, devoting her time above and beyond. Carers are young, excited and mature, taking their job exceptionally seriously. They treasure going out and they take them to the park when the weather allows, following the child’s preference. Our young lady adores her. Currently smaller setting until the renovation is completed, which allows good carer/children ratio. She adjusts her approach according to the needs of our little one, giving many cuddles during the day. Pick up and drop off has detailed information about their day and if they have any concerns. There is fresh food cooked on site every day.

I am sure this is down to the care and attention to detail from the Snapdragons baby pod team. Our girl has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The support from the crew is exceptional, and our girl adores her key workers; it is wonderful to know she is thrilled and comfortable from the moment we drop her off to collecting her. A fantastic childcare centre, full of opportunities and fun with absorbing at the centre. Their management throughout the pandemic and ‘bubble’ system has been first‑rate, not once have we worried or felt un-safe sending out little one to childcare centre. In recent weeks, they have changed the way they use the app, showing snippets throughout the day, which is fantastic to see all the exciting things they get up to!

I really appreciate that the food is all healthy and homemade and uses ethical/local ingredients. Our young lady has also developed some great friendships at early‑years hub. The crew are exceptionally warm and caring and the management are exceptionally engaged and organised. We enjoy the bond that has developed between our girl and her key worker who really knows and cares about her. We have been using Snapdragons Redland for just over a year now for our just-turned-four-year-old.

We are delighted with the fun, education, nurture and nutrition that our little one receives on a daily basis. The management have done well to communicate clearly, consistently and in depth to ensure that we understand proactive plans as well as Covid related reactive plans. Employees take the time to know us parents as people. He forms good relationships with his carers and peers. Snapdragons feels like a community. Every single person at Snapdragon seem to know and care for my little one. He is proud of his achievements. He adores going.
