My little one enjoys coming to early‑years hub, the team take time and attention to ensure she is thrilled and settled if she’s not feeling herself. The handovers at the end of the day are great, the team know what she’s had to eat, how long she’s slept and what she’s done.

October 14, 2024 at 11:07 amStaff turnover seems high and the key person has changed four times in a year. Whenever there were any issues, I was always listened to and Court House sorted it. My little one came from a childminder to start preschool room at three and the Court House were truly welcoming and caring towards her and myself. Day to day comms not great (app never seems to work) but at four years old this is not a big issue. Rates are reasonable and teachers/assistants extremely caring and seem to have a good relationship with the kids.

My little one is flourishing and has really come out of his shell. The phots and nots on ParentView are fabulous, especially how they pop up through the day. I treasure this childcare centre.

She has thrived here, and it’s clear to see she really enjoys her time at nursery setting and asks to go on her non-nursery days! Thank you for all you have done; we would not hesitate to advocate this childcare centre. We are exceptionally pleased with the attention our girl has received at the Court House Day Nursery.

November 28, 2024 at 9:39 amDue to high team turnover recently, we feel there has been a noticeable gap in child-specific updates and personnel are clearly overworked, however, all the crew are wonderfully caring and our kids are exceptionally pleased at Court House. Overall, we are exceptionally pleased with Court House Day Nursery for our little ones. We feel there are some growth areas in contact from the childcare centre and consistent contact across all the rooms would be beneficial, hopefully, this will improve with successful recruitment.

January 10, 2025 at 6:41 amActivities are always varied and the meals are fresh and wholesome. I have recently had another baby and never gave a second thought as to where he would go on my return to work. I especially look forward to updates/photos on the app whilst I’m at work and detailed feedback is always given at the end of each session. The help I have had settling him into childcare centre has been invaluable, each little one is treated individually. I have been using the Court House Day Nursery since September 2015. I now have a 4-year-old preschooler who never wants to come home and a baby at this exceptional, extremely well-organised early‑years hub. Our little one was only 8 months old when I went back to work. I was extremely anxious leaving her at a childcare centre but soon realised what a loving, relaxed and homely space the Court House was. My kids have always felt pleased, safe and well cared for and as a parent, you cannot ask for anymore. All personnel are truly professional being both kind and approachable.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the level of support and activities at the Court House Day Nursery. The personnel are doing a truly remarkable job and the cook makes good food (I got to try some during an open doors).

My boy has been at the Court House for almost a year so far and he has had a truly great time. I can enthusiastically advocate the Court House Day Nursery. The team are loving and caring and enthusiastically knowledgeable of current concepts of youngster progress and early years. Parents and team work closely together and there will always ben someone listening to your wishes or concerns.

Wonderful early‑years hub that feels like a family – excellent crew who really attention about the kids. The food is cooked on-site and lots of variety. Thank you.

Excellent, loving and dedicated care, with a management team that is responsive and proactive. The team has far exceeded our expectations in every respect and it truly is a home away from home for him.
