September 5, 2024 at 9:53 amMy young lad has now left for school but he still mentions Red Bus and his carers there, it has definitely left an impression on the both of us. Red Bus offer forest school which my boy absolutely adored, he would come home and tell me all about what he had been doing. All the personnel are caring, attentive and will do whatever they can to be accommodating. The carers at Red Bus did all that they could to prepare my little one for school. My son’s time at Red Bus was definitely a good one. Red Bus was more than thrilled to allow me to change my sons days.

October 1, 2024 at 7:58 amStaff are useful and caring, making the whole journey really pleasant for us and our nearly two-year-old. Red Bus is a well equipped, spotless, bright and engaging space. Would strongly advocate the Red Bus for anyone considering early‑years hub for their baby. The updates during the day via the ‘parent zone’ app is really great for keeping us in the loop during the day.

November 1, 2024 at 6:46 pmMy boy started at Red Bus 4 weeks ago and we have already seen huge changes in his advancement. The Parentzone app allows me to find out how he is getting on throughout the day and I’m always reassured that he’s having a great time, and always jealous of the delicious food he’s eating there! He treasures going in each day and the crew are exceptionally kind and made my transition of going back to work truly easy.

November 12, 2024 at 7:44 pmI like the flexibility of the nursery setting as sometimes I have needed to increase the number of days which he has to join and this has been acceptable with only 2 weeks notice. My boy seems to enjoy himself, especially the yummy food, singing, playtime gym, messy playtime and water games! Very personal and caring. All of the team are exceptionally welcoming. My son’s key worker is great with him. They encourage lots of different activities which is really helping his advancement.

November 16, 2024 at 8:08 amIt’s been a tough few months, however the SENCO and the Red Bus team have supported us with implementing the relevant assistance. Our elder boy used to enrol at two years ago and treasures popping in for a chat with the team. We increased our hours as it became apparent that our son’s progression was firmly linked with his days at preschool. Red Bus has been a lifeline for our family. We are given updates of our son’s improvement and what makes it meaningful for us is that it is delivered with genuine care and encouragement. We feel the team go beyond our expectations as little one attention providers, to us, without sounding trite, they are family. Our young lad has recently been diagnosed with Autism, and in addition, has severe speech delay. We feel truly lucky. Our little one is soon to be moving on to school, we have been reassured that his transition is going to be supported (important as change can be challenging). I wish that families in our situation could have access to youngster attention providers such as Red Bus.

November 28, 2024 at 10:51 amAmazing place for little ones. Management always thrilled to help and deal with issues. Best kid care site around. Staff are exceptional, exceptionally cordial and supportive. Any issues raised are dealt with promptly. Nursery just had an extension built- so much more room for all the kids. My young lady treasures going there and on the days she is off- she asks to go to kindergarten. The garden has been done recently and is exceptionally impressive with an area for water activities, a bug garden, mud kitchen and an enormous sandpit.

December 14, 2024 at 11:12 pmAll the personnel at Red Bus have shown their full help, not only to my girl but to myself when struggling with the drop-off and to my parents who also help out with the drop-off and pick-up. They also provide assistance to our family by offering suggestions to introduce at home. This is great for our family, as our girl is an only youngster, so we are absorbing as we go along. They playtime and take good support of her. My daughter’s key worker and assistance worker are perfect. I would like to see the food menus offering more fruit and veggie meals.

March 1, 2025 at 3:00 pmA brilliant nursery setting. forest school, trips to a local park, bus trips to a fruit and veg shop. The activities are regularly updated in the baby room and additional excursions organised eg. The baby gym was also a huge hit with my young lady. My little one was helped to settle in quickly with her key-workers help. Highly suggest. The outdoor area is ample for the babies and well stocked with stimulating activities.

The personnel are incredibly cordial and it is obvious how much they support for each of the little ones and work so hard to help their growth. I have absolute trust in the team to deliver the highest standards of attention to our little one and wouldn’t hesitate to endorse Red Bus to anyone looking for childcare. Our young lady has joined Red Bus since April 2018 when she started at 10 1/2 months old upon my return to work. We have been amazed at how fast our little one has developed since starting childcare centre and it’s great to see her exploring new things every single day.

Every member of crew is cordial, accommodating and we feel confident that our girl is well cared for in our absence. The food is of a truly high standard and we are kept up to date with what they eat, on a daily basis. We get lovely updates and would wholeheartedly advocate this care setting. Our daughter’s key worker is particularly excellent, we feel she has really bonded with our girl and feel like she is more of a sister to her than a “carer”. The premises are excellent and ever improving with tonnes of variety to keep the kids occupied.

April 27, 2025 at 2:07 pmThere is plenty of stimulation for the babies and the ParentZone app gives great comfort. We cannot endorse Red Bus enough. The key workers really care about ensuring the little ones have had a good day and provide feedback each day. potty training), the crew always look to help which makes this much easier. The setting is varied with lots of activities to keep them stimulated, entertained and help them develop. We were instantly at ease with the crew and setting at Red Bus and felt that they would offer our little ones the best attention. Some of our favourite things about Red Bus are the garden and Forest School. We found the baby room a relaxing space for the first step of childcare. The transitions between rooms are smooth with the settling days making this as stress-free as possible. Where we are trying to introduce something at home (e.g. Forest School especially is a massive plus and something that both kids really enjoy. We have been using Red Bus since 2014.

I have learnt a lot about little one growth through the regular reviews and assessments done by his key worker. They are building good links with the local community. My little one quickly settled in and really enjoys the variety of activities – especially Forest School and the giant sandpit. Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School is an excellent nursery setting. The personnel are extremely cordial and supportive. I look forward to seeing his updates online each day when I’m at work.

May 10, 2025 at 4:27 pmI cannot suggest it enthusiastically enough. We have used Red Bus since it opened, for my two sons and my girl is due to start in the summer. Feedback and involvement from parents is valued and we, in return, get great support, advice and a huge amount of information about their time spent there so we don’t miss out. My little ones have been incredibly settled and pleased there and have formed great relationships with the brilliant and caring crew. From the nutritious and interesting meals to the mud kitchen in the garden. Highly suggest! They are given a huge amount of choice and freedom in the activities they take part in as well as structured events and absorbing. I just wish I could spend my day there instead of at work. From trips out at forest school to library or park visits their time is also filled with lots of fun. Every detail is thought about to make their day a great one.

Despite moving out of the area over a year ago, we have continued to send our kids to Red Bus as we haven’t found a nursery setting which has the high expectations, ethos and setting and the feel of Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School. Nothing is too much and any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The owner and all of the personnel are extremely professional and caring. Ultimately, we want our youngsters to feel protected, cared for and valued and we know that Red Bus exceeds all of our expectations in these areas. Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School is a wonderful setting. The new building work has turned an already lovely setting into a fantastic setting. We have been parents at the setting since October 2012. The relationships they have built with their key workers have been wonderful, the youngsters talk about their key workers at home. The transitions between rooms have been extremely smooth due to excellent contact and organisation.

June 25, 2025 at 12:56 pmWe wouldn’t hesitate to advocate them. The team at Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School are exceptionally welcoming and approachable. The parent zone app is great to see what they have been up tp throughout the day. We had some alternative kid attention issues (due to unforeseen circumstances) and they were flexible and understanding. The activities are varied and look like great fun.

July 2, 2025 at 7:08 amOur girl has been attending Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School since she was one and is now close to the end of her journey and ready to start school in September almost aged 5. She has developed many lifelong exploring abilities. Our little one adores the outdoors and thrives on the challenge of Forest schools. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We feel they really know our girl. Our girl enjoys attending her preschool. Communication has always been excellent and our young lady enjoys sharing what she has done while we look through her photos and observations on ParentsZone, and we enjoy sharing what she does outside of preschool. As parents we have always thought that she has had the highest quality of support and that all crew have nurtured her interests and have supported her growth through exciting activities and a stimulating exploring space.
