Communication is good and we treasure the regular updates – both in person and through photos and ideas. Would definitely endorse it.

January 1, 2025 at 11:42 amI feel really self‑assured that my girl is really well looked after, and that for me, is the most important. Generally extremely thrilled with the nursery setting, the team are all really lovely and approachable. I think some of the activities could also be a little more varied, particularly the crafts activities. The personnel take really good attention of the kids, my little one happily goes to childcare centre. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there has been some problems with the chef so meals haven’t been as varied as they have been previously.

I feel they have our son’s best interests at heart at all times and he is thriving in their care. The early‑years hub is well-managed and everybody is welcoming and supportive. Lake House is a fantastic nursery setting and our young lad has been truly thrilled there. We would wholeheartedly endorse Lake House to other people. The team are exceptionally caring, kind and enthusiastic.

Thank you so much for making the difference. We enjoy all the instructors who are warm, caring and truly professional. Since joining the nursery setting, my young lady has developed in so many ways. She looks forward to meeting her key person every morning.

Lake House Nursery is like a second home for our little ones. There is a great emphasis placed on values, such as kindness, respect and understanding. The team know them so well and provide personalised support and plenty of affection.

The settling-in process was truly thorough and our little one is really enjoying it there. We get a handover at the end of the day to say how our kid has been and as well as written information about how much he has eaten, slept etc. We have been sending our little one to Lake House Nursery for four months. Our period with the baby room team has been excellent. We would definitely endorse Lake House.
