They are exceptionally well looked after in there and they have both made an incredible improvement in their advancement since starting childcare centre preceding September. Our twin toddlers cherish going to this early‑years hub! It is also worth mentioning that this particular childcare centre offers extended hours as well as flexible care, which is a real help for working parents. The great connection they have with all the team members is surely noticeable.

My young lad really enjoys his time at early‑years hub and my wife and I feel that he has developed so much while being there. The facilities are quite new and there is a nice outside space where the kids can games. I had the feeling that my little one was exceptionally looked after by the personnel and she was thrilled to go from the extremely beginning. Our journey at this early‑years hub has been extremely positive. My little one, 18 months, joined the early‑years hub in October 2020, after the long Covid isolation. The level of cleanliness is truly good and my little one liked the food. It was her first journey in a childcare centre and I was a bit worried because she saw exceptionally few people in the previous months. The team are exceptionally caring, sweet and patient and they organise a lot of fun and interesting activities. We absolutely advocate it.

She adores the educators, activities, food-just about everything! My little one absolutely enjoys her time at preschool and she would go every day if she could. A testament to the early‑years hub is that many of the same personnel remained which meant there was consistency and clearly that this is a extremely thrilled place. I sent my first little one to this childcare centre between 2018-2019 for preschool and was so pleased with the early‑years hub that I didn’t even look anywhere else for my second girl who started in 2020. She is always exceptionally warmly welcomed upon arrival and I am certain she is getting the best care.

The team are all so engaged and enthusiastic and clearly treasure their jobs. We can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they shower on our little ones. We absolutely treasure this childcare centre setting and the sites on offer at Whiteladies Road.

The updates between myself and the personnel has always been good and I am constantly updated with any new information which as a parent it is always appreciated. My young lad has been really thrilled at the nursery setting, they have made him feel settled and offered consistency to his progress despite the uncertainty of the pandemic which has been great.

This is a lovely childcare centre with a great personnel. They are exceptionally kind people and the little ones treasure it there. They are also good at assessing their personal growth. So overall it’s a good place to send your precious little ones. My little one was changed to a different type of rate than I had agreed without me being informed, and debts and interest have been showing on my bill which wasn’t owed. I am on my fifth email to their accounts department just this month to re-amend my incorrect invoice, and I had issues with them pre-covid. What really lets the nursery setting down is poor management by the finance team (not the individual site management, which is good). This is a long-term issue with team not cross-checking what their software has calculated properly. They provide wonderful activities for the kids and have good facilities. They are excellent at contact and I treasure seeing photos of what my little ones are doing. I suggest all parents carefully check their invoicing.

They really put me at ease on my baby’s first day and in every visit after, we always pick them up with a big smile on their face. When we found Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Clifton – Whiteladies Road) we were so relieved. The flexible booking system has been so accommodating and the personnel are always so kind and caring.

I do have a lot of feedback and feelings during 2020, which is extremely special to myself and maybe everyone. My young lad changed a lot since he studied in Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Clifton – Whiteladies Road). How time flies! When we were in China he had never been to childcare centre before, it is extremely difficult to settle down in the UK and go to early‑years hub, if he felt unhappy and unfriendly. Thanks for your assistance, not only to my boy himself but also to our whole family. My boy joined Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Clifton – Whiteladies Road) in March 2020. He learnt to speak English and sing songs. He also learnt to be polite, kind and share with others. Luckily, you will find neither of these occurring in Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Clifton – Whiteladies Road) at anytime. Her learnt how to eat, dress, and hygienic himself. He learnt to draw and paint what he saw. It is an entire year since my family first came to the UK.

The correspondence is excellent. The uploaded comments and pictures have entertained and reassured us further that they really ‘know’ our kids. Thank you. We would also like to recognise their flexibility with booking each month is incredible. I cannot overstate the reassurance that has given us. My wife and I could not be more thankful to the wonderful crew at Mama Bears for the support they have shown all three of our little ones. We wouldn’t hesitate to advocate Mama Bears to our friends (we have – several already!). They provide an exceptional quality of care to our youngsters. The support, attention and encouragement they receive on a daily basis have been so important to their advancement: all three have skipped into early‑years hub without so much as a backwards glance in the mornings and return home full of stories about their day, stickers of recognition and excitement for the next day. Most importantly, we know our youngsters are protected at Mama Bears, physically and emotionally.
