King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre

The kids get to go on local day trips and enjoy doing lots of fun activities. The nursery setting itself is quite small with homely rooms which are great. She absolutely adores going and that is all down to the lovely crew in the baby room! Thank you, King Street. My young lady has been attending the early‑years hub for nearly a year now.

In the 2 months since she has started her pre-school, she has better her English speaking so much, So we are extremely pleased. She started speaking to us also in English. We are satisfied with the services from King Street Nursery.

Who knew there was a great childcare centre among the pubs of King Street. Her key workers have been excellent and formed good bonds with her, and it’s lovely to see and hear the updates on her advancement via the app. The garden area is small but it’s well-equipped with activities. Our little one adores it here and they always seem to do so much fun stuff every day. My only real criticism is that the doorbell always seems to be broken!

Unfortunately, a lot of the stuff we were told the youngsters do on the tour never actually happened, we exceptionally rarely got updates on our son’s advancement on the app though when we joined we were assured this would happen weekly. I fed back to the management about our concerns many times but nothing ever changed. I really didn’t want to leave King Street but unfortunately, as our concerns were never addressed or acted upon so had no choice and have never looked back. Our boy enjoyed his time there and the personnel are nice but the turnover was really high and we were never sure who his keyworker was. There’s no doubt that my little one had fun and made lots of friends but the setting was really chaotic and now he is at a new pre-school he is much calmer and has a much more varied day of activities. The food was never as advertised and really repetitive and lost count of how many times they were given cake, which is meant to be a treat but it started being a habit. I have mixed feelings about this nursery setting.

All caretakers I have been in contact with so far are exceptionally kind and professional and they are caring and sweet to my boy, who engages much better with a person when he feels he is cherished. He likes to go there and he seems to be thrilled with his key caretakers. So far I am a thrilled mama! Thanks. I must mention that their office is truly efficient and every time I have a request they are quick to respond and supportive. The nursery setting runs really well and it seems to be organised. My young lad has was enrolled at this childcare centre for two months now and he has adapted quite fast and well.

The routine suits the kids exceptionally well and our family really well. Both my little ones have enjoyed and enjoyed their time there. This childcare centre feels like a home from home. The personnel are wonderful and I would wholeheartedly endorse them.

His growth has come on so much since he started. Needless to say, he did find it hard, but the personnel at the childcare centre were so calm and welcoming, they gave us the assurance that this phase would pass and we never once felt worried that it wouldn’t – we were and still are truly assured with the way the team are with him. A massive thanks to all the baby team for making us as a family feel welcome and settled in our new routine. I look forward to taking him there because I know he is going to have a great day – and eat great food! Our little one started early‑years hub when he’d just turned one and we were quite anxious about him finding it hard because he was going through a particularly attached time with us. It took about a month for him to settle and now he is so pleased and has formed great relationships with all the team.

From all levels, from speaking growth and social competences to eating and sleeping, we can notice the improvement. Further, the level and support, kindness and support we always receive from everyone is incredible. Our boy is attending King Street Nursery since September 2022, and we couldn’t be happier with the services provided and his growth.

Our little one adores going in and we know he is exploring well while there. We are extremely delighted with King Stree Nursery. We will send our young lady there in autumn and we know she will thrive there as well. The crew are, without exception, caring and encouraging.

Staff are extremely kind. My eldest absolutely adored his childcare centre and it is the same for my youngest. Management team are truly flexible. Really endorse King Street Nursery. He is thrilled to be there, exploring and participating in all the nice activities.
