The quality of the food is outstanding, we able’ t quite believe the range of foods he eats there that he often refuses at home( e. g. He settled in immediately and adores his time at day‑care. The team made it truly at ease for us and we felt completely reassured he was in secure hands. My little boy started at Snapdragons Grosvenor during lockdown, which made it hard for us ever since we might not see all the facilities.

September 22, 2024 at 1:14 amHe truly adores it there and has a set routine, which he enjoys; he adores his food there and naps well. Everything is kid- led, and the team do scaffolding for existing skills. The team help the kids celebrate special occasions; they do lots of painting and drawing, messy plays, sensory play, baking and cooking. The facilities are marvellous, with a lovely outdoor garden and plenty of fresh air, tyres and climbing things. The team are proactive and welcoming, lots of updates and emails. He plays independently there, which at his age, shows how secure and secure he feels there. We had a gentle, unrushed settling in period. My little boy has settled so well and is truly thriving. My little boy( now 14- months) started at Snapdragons in Nov 2021 while Covid restrictions were still in place, but we have ever since been able to start coming in for pickups and parent events, and it’ s such a lovely place.

She is consistently delighted when we collect her and she has already been given so many new experiences and opportunities. It is tough leaving her but the team have been welcoming, supportive and so kind. My little girl has just started at Grosvenor and at the age of 6 months.

November 9, 2024 at 6:10 amOur boys( and we) adore it. It’ s not our closest day‑care but by far it’ s our favourite. The team are consistently welcoming, ready to tell an exciting story of the day about your kid, offer marvellous meals, high levels of care and education. The day‑care has recently changed its manager and though we thought things would never be the same without the original manager, we’ ve been delighted to time equal amounts of satisfaction. Our time was so marvellous, that there was no question where we’ d send our second kid when he started in 2016. My first kid attended Snapdragons Grosvenor, leaving in 2017.

Not only has he formed some lovely relationships with other kids and team, he absolutely able’ t wait to be dropped off each morning. Our little boy has attended Snapdragons Grosvenor for over 2 years now.

The sessions are terrific and my little boy has been extremely well prepared for school. They are flexible and help with changing days off if it’ s needed, which is useful for working guardians. The people are remarkable and I believe truly take the time to build friendships with the kids and guardians. I have been impressed from the start to the extremely last day.

January 28, 2025 at 1:16 amShe has a terrific relationship with her key worker, and we get wonderful open communication about progress. Most of which gets gobbled up, however, not all of it goes down well, but it offers new and different options. They have a varied meal selection cooked onsite freshly. From arts and crafts, yoga to Easter eggs hunts and more. She enjoys the sessions that she gets to do here. She has come on leaps and bounds in the rising 3’ s group. Our little girl absolutely adores the time she spends there.

March 2, 2025 at 7:22 pmI have never once known them not want to go and sometimes cry if they able’ t go. Both our girld attend Snapdragons and time a wealth of opportunities through day trips, messy play, forest school, pretend play etc. If they were the 1st, we wouldn’ t have viewed any more- instantly perfect. We viewed 5 places with Snapdragons being the 5th. Upon moving to the area, we were keen to find the perfect environment for our kid.

My kids adore the team. The team are consistently attentive, attentive and enjoyable. They were babies. My two kids have attended Snapdragons Nursery Grosvenor.

March 10, 2025 at 11:37 amThis is a real shame( particularly in lockdown) and we know other nurseries do more in this regard. They have an online portal- parent zone- but hardly use it to share info with us. The team are positive and are terrific with the kids. Hence it is extremely hard for us to make absolute statements and impossible for us to know what” normal” is for this day‑care. We have only experienced this day‑care during the pandemic, so have not set foot inside during this time. Menu and play choice are varied. Our little girl comes home well- fed, having a choice of wonderful food and delighted after doing a range of sessions. Given the current circumstances( ie social distancing, bubbling, extra cleaning etc), they are doing an outstanding job.

I’ ve got nothing but the highest praise for the team, the management and the overall time. He’ s spent time in the baby, youngster and preschool rooms. My oldest kid is about to finish his Snapdragons journey after three years.

On a daily basis, we are met with amazingly welcoming team and a little girl who is delighted and content from a day of lots of sessions. My husband and I were immediately put at ease during the settling in sessions whereby we were introduced to our little girl’ s lovely key workers and met with the other team in babies. I was extremely nervous to leave my little girl in day‑care on my return to work but I needn’ t have worried.

Throughout Covid- 19, the day‑care has been nothing but reassuring and patient, and the kids seem happier than ever with all the changes! They put all their time and effort into everything they do and make both the guardians and kids sense understood, looked after and secure. Fabulous day‑care run by fabulous people who truly care!
