Mama Bear's Day Nursery and Pre-School (Whitchurch)

Thank you ladies, keep up the brilliant work. Also, to all the team, including my sons key worker for all the hard work she has put in ever since my little boy started. I would like to say a big thank you to the manager for consistently being available through email to answer any concerns or questions I have, as I am not consistently able to do the drop off and pick ups. It’ s terrific to hear they are personally pleased for him when he is successful. He has recently started potty training and the team have shown terrific assistance in helping him tackle this challenge of his. Through these songs he has been development about the months of the year and the different types of weather. He has only been going for a few months and from extremely early on he has been singing the nurseries songs that he has picked up from there, which has been lovely to hear. I have been extremely pleased with the care and assistance the team at Mama Bear’ s Day Nursery and Pre- School( Whitchurch) have given to my little boy while attending this day‑care.

Thank you to the team! My little girl has made many new friends there that will hopefully follow her into school as well, and every day she tells me about what she’ s been up to which is consistently different. From my perspective, it is well organised, and the team are incredibly flexible and accommodating. My little girl has been attending for some time now, and I cannot speak strongly enough of the team here.

We are sad that in September we have to leave when my little girl will start to go to school. Highly suggest Mama Bear’ s Day Nursery and Preschool to all guardians. My little girl won’ t stop talking about them. Always attentive, gentle and smiling. They are like mums and best friends together while she is at day‑care. All team are extremely welcoming. If she wants a snack they will give her yoghurt or something else before tea time. Sometimes my little girl is hungry all day long and they never keep her hungry. There is a lot of sessions and wonderful food. After a few months of going to day‑care, she easily able count to 20! We have been teaching her to count and letters but she never might remember. She learns a lot there. Our little girl adores going to the day‑care. We chose Mama Bear’ s Day Nursery because it was closest to our house and we adore that.

We couldn’ t ask for more from the day‑care! We are consistently updated with his meals, toileting needs and what he generally gets up to during his session, every time. For example supporting him( and us) in the transition to becoming a big brother, a bereavement and generally including what’ s going on in his life at home, with his schooling. I adore how they make the time personal to each kid. They welcome him with open arms every morning, he adores going to school. The team have been remarkable with everything, they make 1: 1 time nearly every session to help my little boy improve in the areas he struggles. My little boy started here in September 2020 and has come on leaps and bounds in every single area.

I recommended this day care! Any time you have a concern about your kid they consistently there to help you! The team are extremely attentive welcoming and useful! I have only wonderful words to say about Mama’ s Bear Day Nursery.

He adores going every day to see all of the kids and team. He’ s now extremely outgoing and has come out of his shell. My little boy came from a childminders, and within a few weeks, I might see such a change in him. Lovely preschool.

All the team are welcoming and attentive and it’ s pleasant sending my little boy to day‑care knowing he’ s well looked after. I adore how they keep you up- to- date throughout the whole day with what they’ ve been up to, what they have eaten and nappy changes. My little boy enjoys himself and is consistently doing enjoyable things. I absolutely adore it here.

All the best. Litlle one looks well inside the day‑care, so everything is okay. So hope all the ladies from the day‑care will do some pleasant things with our kids in the future. Friendly people, our little girl feels okay in the middle of the kids, nothing to complain about.

Such an remarkable place and I have and will continue to suggest to everyone I know. They are consistently doing something enjoyable and educational, and he is so excited to tell me about his day when I pick him up. The team consistently ensure I am kept up to date with his day and how he is getting on, they are truly supportive and encourage him to be his best self( this is no easy task!). They have welcomed us with open arms, and the difference I have seen in my boy is phenomenal. I cannot put into words how remarkable the team are, there are not enough words to give them the praise that they deserve. Within five minutes of leaving I had a phone call to reassure me that my boy was now playing with others and laughing. Where do I begin; From day one when I dropped off my boy, he was extremely tearful and the team might tell I was upset as well.

If I had another kid who was starting day‑care I would definitely send them to Mama Bear’ s at Gospel Hall The manager and her team are brilliant and consistently give 110% to the kids and the guardians/ carers, and are consistently so easy to talk to and give outstanding advice if needed. He has come on leaps and bounds thanks to their exceptional skills and time, I cannot praise them enough. Thanks to their encouragement and patience he now has his lunch nearly all the time. At first he would not eat or try anything as he is quite fussy, but the manager and her remarkable team consistently made sure he at least had something he liked. He absolutely adores coming to this day‑care. My little boy started here September 2021.
