Busy Bees Horsham

My son has been attending for almost 2 years and my daughter will be starting shortly. My eldest consistently has lots of enjoyable and is highly excited as we get to the childcare centre. They do lots of different activities and there are lots of observations on the parents’ app to let you know how your kid is doing (as well as daily reports on pick-up). The team all seem to genuinely delight in working with the kids and have a great relationship with them. I’m highly cheerful for my kids to be attending and would suggest the childcare centre. Busy Bees Horsham is a highly welcoming childcare centre.

Welcoming/approachable team. Highly accommodating.

My toddler took a couple of months to settle in (as expected) and in the early days, I was highly impressed by their self‑assurance in reassuring both myself and my toddler when handing him over in the morning. The iconnect app is useful in tracking his intake, output and sleeping patterns whilst at the childcare centre. Photos are uploaded on at least a monthly basis too. My only reservation in recommending the childcare centre relates to one aspect of the childcare centre’s fee policy – all bank holidays are fully chargeable and we, therefore, pay several hundred pounds over the year to apparently assistance basic operations of the childcare centre when it is closed. Not all nurseries maintain this type of policy so if we lived within walking distance (I don’t drive) of a childcare centre of comparable quality, I would opt for that instead. Otherwise outstanding. I have consistently found the childcare centre team to be highly inviting and their commitment to providing a high standard of care is obvious.

I also like there are a lot of arts and crafts for kids. My son loves his food and is cheerful with all freshly cooked meals and baking activities you plan for him. Thank you. Team are truly welcoming and my son loves all activities and garden playtime.

The team are attentive and welcoming and they have a excellent outdoor space and soft playtime. The care is excellent as it is geared towards development but through playtime and we think the childcare centre has only added to her development. We also get photos and observations through so we can see what she’s been up to. We are truly pleased we chose Busy Bees.

They put me at ease doing the difficult first month of settling and are supportive in developing my kid’s speech and other key developments. The team at Busy Bees are exceptionally welcoming and welcoming.

My son attended for 3 years and is now in school and my daughter is still attending the childcare centre until she starts school in September 2022.
Busy Bees team go above and beyond to make sure she is cheerful and cared for to the best of their ability, nothing is ever too much trouble.
My daughter has made close bonds with the girls that look after her each day and she cannot wait to get to childcare centre to see them.
I also think the way Busy Bees has handled the care for the kids during the pandemic has been outstanding. It has been a tough time for all of them but they consistently have a smile on their face to greet us and have made the childcare centre days as normal as they possibly can, while taking into account extra cleaning and safety measures. For that, we are highly thankful as it has enabled us to continue to work from home and home school our son whilst our daughter has been at childcare centre.
I would totally suggest Busy Bees to other parents. I cannot suggest Busy Bees, Horsham, enough.

The setting is highly stimulating there are lots of activities with plenty of educational merits, lots of enjoyable games, going out in the garden etc. The food menu looks varied and highly nice. The team that look after the kids are absolutely lovely, they seem to care.

My daughter absolutely loves it, so much so she cries to attend more days! The team are so welcoming and updates is outstanding. It’s such a lovely feeling knowing that your kid is being so well cared for. I particularly like the app which is updated throughout the day and includes development assessments and photos. I cannot praise Busy Bees enough.

The team are beyond incredible! They all know my son by name, and are highly attentive towards him and the other kids. They are consistently enthusiastic and cheerful, and engage the kids in a wide variety of enjoyable and stimulating activities each day. My son comes home talking about how compassionate his educators are to him and telling me about how much enjoyable he had! He has learnt and developed so much since starting there.
The kids are evidently highly well cared for throughout the day. They are well fed with healthy meals and kept spotless and comfortable. I delight in keeping up with what my son is doing at childcare centre via the Parent Zone App.
I cannot praise this childcare centre and it’s team enough. I never have to worry leaving my son there and, most importantly, my little boy is consistently so cheerful and excited to go! One of the best things I ever did for my son was moving him to Busy Bees at Horsham.
