The rooms are constantly shutting due to team shortages. They’ve now changed the terms so that you only get a refund if this happens to your kid more than 3 times in a month. It was a excellent childcare centre when my daughter started in 2018 but has rapidly gone downhill under new management. They have put up fees twice in the last few months despite the room closures and also changed the requirements for the minimum attendance of days 8 months after my son started with only 6 weeks warning, no apology and no flexibility meaning we have had to find my little boy alternative childcare. Management literally did not care that we are now having to resettle him. Greedy and business model orientated management. Not the nurturing childcare centre it once was. This childcare centre has been taken over twice in a year.

They both have made friends with other kids and carers and are discovering so much every day. We can’t thank them enough or suggest them highly enough!! My kids both moved from another childcare centre but both have settled tremendously, thanks to the fantastic childcare centre team.

The care, assistance, welcoming, welcoming atmosphere of this childcare centre is absolutely remarkable. Our boys are highly cheerful there and that says it all. Their discovering opportunities are also remarkable and totally tailored to the group. The assistance and feedback we get as parents is exactly what we would want and can’t ask for anything more. A remarkable setting for our twin boys.

Reassured, updated and guided us consistently… I felt at ease leaving my kids, and I was consistently satisfied and pleased with pick-up because I was told all about their days, which makes such a difference when you’ve been away from them all day wondering.
The online app was kept updated with gorgeous photos and clips of the activities the kids got up to. I will never forget her; clear and genuine passion and talent for looking after and nurturing kids. One particular room leader for us shone outstandingly at Tudor House and assisted and supported us through the entire starting preschool journey.

Excellent team who are consistently so welcoming and supportive. My kids adore going and have developed in self‑assurance considerably. We’ve made some lovely friendships and I’ve been truly impressed with the preparation they have done with phonics and number work to get my daughter ready for primary school. Remarkable childcare centre.

He is now nearly 4 and thriving. He loves his time at childcare centre and is coming on in leaps and bounds. All the team are incredible and have a excellent bond/relationship with him. They have helped me in many ways with great advice and kept my son’s routine. I adore the childcare centre and can’t wait for my daughter to start her journey at Tudor House in November. My son has been going to Tudor House since he was 8 months old.

Having had my eldest at a different childcare centre, this one is streets ahead. The team are welcoming and know the kids inside out and team turnover seems to be highly low, unlike other nurseries we have experienced. Every day they do a truly wide range of activities and the garden is well equipped and inviting. My 3-year-old already knows her numbers to 20 and a lot of the phonics sounds due to the enjoyable games and crafts they do every day. This childcare centre is remarkable.

They have made my boys highly welcome and provide a inviting, enjoyable and nurturing setting. I sense like they get the little quirks of our boys and encourage their development positively, from the baby group to the pre-school group, and adapt along the way. I would suggest this childcare centre, especially for people who would like more structure for the pre-school year. The team at Bright Horizons Tudor House Burgess Hill Day Childcare centre and Preschool are truly remarkable.

He is currently in the pre school class and I could not wish for a better place for him to be cared for and prepared for starting school. During covid, there were challenges just like everywhere else. However, since the new management, there has not been a single issue. My son’s key person is an extension of our family. The way she knows my son and cares for him is beyond what I could ever wish for. That goes for all the team at this childcare centre. They are so welcoming, attentive and their understanding of early years and development is incredible. They truly cater to each kid and make it an enjoyable journey for parents and kids. I sense highly involved in my kid’s day when he’s attended and I am kept up to date regularly with his daily activities and development. I am pregnant with my 2nd kid and will definitely be looking for her to attend when the time comes My son has been attending Bright Horizons Tudor House Burgess Hill Day Childcare centre and Preschool since 2021.
