Busy Bees East Grinstead

The team are out of this world and Updates is incredible.
My kid’s allergies are looked after. As a mum that works in EYFS myself, I am highly picky but when I saw Busy Bees I knew it was the right childcare centre.

My son started here in July at 17 months old and he settled in so quickly. He is so cheerful here. He failed to settle at a previous childcare centre and cried every single day for months. It was heartbreaking. I eventually went to see Busy Bees at East Grinstead and met with the Centre Director. He was by far the most genuine and nice childcare centre manager I have ever met. I instantly fell in adore with the childcare centre and the setting which is incredible. Within a week my son had already settled! I couldn’t believe it! No more tears! The team in the baby room are so compassionate and attentive and just loving to all the kids there. And it wasn’t just for show. My son gets to be himself and he’s active, plays and learns so much from them. We get regular updates and photos which is so excellent to see. It is consistently a pleasure speaking to them and seeing my son want to go in with a huge smile on his face. What more can you wish for? Childcare centre jackpot. Busy Bees at East Grinstead is the best childcare centre and I cannot suggest them enough.

The team consistently take the time to talk about their day and he clearly loves it there as every time I pick him up he has a big smile on his face! Thank you Busy Bees East Grinstead! My son has been at Busy Bees East Grinstead for just over 6-months now and I can’t thank the team enough for their reassurance and care on his first transition into childcare centre.

She attends four days a week and has truly got to know and like all the team in the baby room, so much so she happily leans out to be picked up by them in the mornings and waves me goodbye! The team were remarkable at helping to get her settled. As a lockdown baby, she took a while to adjust to being away from home for so long during the day, but everyone was highly patient and attentive with her and truly got to know the things she enjoys and what settles her. She eats and sleeps well there (they’ve been able to accommodate her dairy allergy amazingly, due to having an on-site kitchen) and there’s a excellent app which lets you see how she has got on during the day. I truly appreciate the photos and development snapshots and adore when she comes home with some of the crafts they’ve helped her to do! Would highly suggest. My daughter joined Busy Bees in January 2022 aged 1 year old and she absolutely loves it.

He was especially excited recently to tell me how they smashed ice to get animals out like an octopus and penguins!
The team are incredible and updates has been so great even through a global pandemic.
They consistently have time for you and our kid we are never rushed.
Overall I would 100% have and will tell anyone who will listen how excellent Busybees has been for our son. I’m going to hate to say goodbye come September when we have the new adventure of school! I’m so glad we found a childcare centre that ticked all the boxes and more….My son is so cheerful when I pick him up he doesn’t stop telling me about his day!

However, since starting at East Grinstead Busy Bees he has grown in self‑assurance and settled almost immediately. He’s consistently smiling at pick up time and excited to show off his latest artwork. This is my sons last year before he goes to school and he has already come on leaps and bounds with school readiness.
The team are absolutely incredible and sense like family. They are supportive and want the best for every kid at the childcare centre. I have never had a bad journey with East Grinstead Busy Bees and rate them highly. When my son first started childcare centre he was highly shy and emotional.

The team are incredible and highly supportive of the extra needs she has. Any concerns are flagged to us straight away and a detailed handover at pickup is consistently given. My daughter loves her days at childcare centre.

Being a lockdown baby he was still fairly new to social situations and highly wary and anxious around new people. He loved the childcare centre on our first settling in session and was cheerful to explore the room independently, and all of the girls seemed so lovely and welcoming.
Once I started to leave him he was highly unsettled as this was another thing highly new to him (and me!) But all of the team have been so inviting and patient with him, and I can now say he comes out of childcare centre every day smiling!
I adore the app, which gets updated throughout the day with nappy changes, mealtimes, sleeps and the occasional photo. The photos were a massive reassurance in the first weeks, to be able to see him playing happily and know he’s settled was priceless.
Everybody is consistently so welcoming and cheerful, and having their own personal chef is another big bonus. We adore busy bees and would definitely suggest them! My son started here in June when he was just under 1.

The team are so compassionate and lovely. We can tell that our daughter loves going in. It has a home away from home sense, which is something we deemed important. The team keep us well updated throughout the day too. Blown away by the level of care. Thank you, to all the team in Busy Bees baby room. He has been at Busy Bees for just over four months and has gained so much self‑assurance and made such great development. The team have been absolutely incredible and genuinely care about the kids. The childcare centre has such a inviting and lovely sense to it. I would highly suggest to any parent! Only incredible things to say about Busy Bees, East Grinstead.
