Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool

We are so happy our son is attending this nursery. He started when he was 1 year old and was extremely attached to his parents as we don’t have a family in the UK and our son did not have any experience of staying with anyone, but his parents. We were very concerned about his adaptation to the nursery. However, it took just a few days and we saw an amazing transformation: our son became more independent, started walking after a week in the nursery and even started using sign language. Now he feels bored staying at home and is happy to go to the nursery, since the staff is very creative with different activities. We are very grateful to our key person, she is extremely kind, caring, attentive and we can see how much love she is expressing towards the children. We are also very grateful to the management and other staff members.

I have both of my children at the nursery with my eldest attending since 2019. Whilst there has been a change in the ownership throughout this time, I feel it has only improved since becoming part of Bright Horizons Day Nursery. The staff and management are brilliant and my children have built lovely bonds with them. The communication is excellent and I love regularly receiving pictures/videos of them during the day. It is a lovely, nurturing nursery which I would definitely recommend.

Bright Horizons, Worthing is a fantastic nursery. We recently moved to the area so had to move our 3-year-old daughter to a different nursery. She never settled well at the last nursery but the team here have settled her perfectly. She adores the staff and her days are full of fun activities and she has progressed so much.
The staff are also so helpful and kind to the parents. Always there if you need any advice and build great bonds with all the children.
I cannot thank them enough or recommend this nursery more. I would give more stars if possible.

My son has been attending this nursery since he turned 1 year old. The staff overall was excellent in helping him to settle in. Ever since, his confidence grew massively and he loves being in there and playing with his friends (even though morning goodbyes are still a little hard for him).
The daily communication from the nursery is through an app and they always try to send updates with pictures of what the kids have been up to.
I also find that I can share my concerns or my child’s progress with the staff and they are always there to listen or provide their professional advice. I can only recommend this nursery.

My child has settled in so well, having been at another setting before hand, seeing him walk in happily to his key person who he has an amazing bond with really makes me as a mum feel relaxed whilst working. The team go above and beyond in his room and always keep me in the loop about his day.

The nursery has been excellent for my daughter. She has grown and developed so much under such fantastic and energetic staff. Questions and queries are quickly answered and there is a real sense of care as soon as you walk in. A varied menu cooked by an excellent chef which my daughter always eats. Excellent all around.

Our child is always excited about going to Worthing Day Nursery and comes out full of excitement to share what they’ve all been up to that day.
Communication with the staff is superb and they will always go out of their way to listen to any concerns and answer questions thoroughly.
The staff challenge our child to extend their learning in a fun way, updating us frequently on achievement and next steps.
The hours available are really helpful, with breakfast and extra snacks provided beyond tea time (not standard in some nurseries).
The menu is brilliant, with an on-site chef who creates meals our child wouldn’t usually eat anywhere else!

My son has attended the setting since he was 10 months old and we cannot rate it highly enough. As we head off to school this summer, I am confident that my son has been prepared by the staff at Bright Horizons to have the best start possible. He comes back excitedly chatting about the things he has done during the day and has a close relationship with his key worker. Having been at the nursery for such a length of time, it is wonderful to see staff that began with him in the baby room progress to management and develop in their careers and qualifications too. I feel that there is a real culture of nurturing for both children and colleagues. We will be very sad to leave!

Bright Horizons Worthing is by far the best nursery setting in Worthing, and its reputation is well known. All the staff are well trained, professional, responsive and, most importantly, enjoy working with all the children. The curriculum offered is varied and stimulating. It particularly comes across how well the setting is managed by the manager and team. Any issues (of which there are few) are handled so that parents’ feelings are validated and listened to, and staff act on any feedback. The setting itself is spotlessly clean and feels very homely. There is a great sense of inclusion amongst the parents, with regular activities to help everyone bond and be kept in the loop. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful group of people looking after our daughter! Many thanks for your continued support and hard work!

My daughter started in April after looking at many different nurseries; this was by far the best one for her!
She has grown so much with confidence in the last few months; her language skills have improved greatly. She loves the activities and is learning so much. The staff are absolutely amazing and always keep us informed via the app. I feel so comfortable leaving her there, knowing she is happy and safe!
