October 15, 2024 at 11:49 amRight from the beginning, the team have been incredible, helping her to settle in and basing their activities on what the kids would like to do. When my daughter was discovering to paint and draw, she loved decorating the walls with her pictures, so they let her fill a wall and from then on, she has loved it here. She has gone from shy to confident in no time at all, she can’t wait to go in the mornings and more than once has told me she is not coming home as she is having too much enjoyable!
The team are full of patience and definitely have a way with kids that makes them sense at ease. To my daughter, they are extended family now, something that you just can’t find in the bigger chain nurseries. I cannot suggest this place enough! My daughter was quiet and not too cheerful at starting childcare when we first started here.

October 24, 2024 at 12:43 amUpdates with parents is remarkable. This made me sense confident right from the start. Information send home using the app is informative and lovely to have pictures too. The size of the childcare centre means that all the team know all the kids and my kids have built up some lovely close bonds with not just their key workers but all the grown-ups there. I think this is the main reason St Thomas’s Day Childcare centre is such an incredible childcare centre because they obviously truly look after their team who in turn look after the kids so well. The activities they do are truly well planned and engaging and have developed my son so much since he started. His speech, eating and social skills have come on tenfold. The food must be delicious because my highly picky son eats two portions most lunchtimes. Both my kids run in excited in the morning and are so cheerful there, I wholeheartedly suggest this childcare centre! St Thomas’s Day Childcare centre is a fantastic childcare centre who truly cares, supports and knows their kids and families.

The team are highly inviting and attentive and have consistently given lots of assistance to our family. The activities they do with the kids are enjoyable and help them all to develop important skills. They are highly flexible and accommodating to all the kids and parents. We couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre! All the team at St Thomas’s have been so remarkable with both of my kids.

February 28, 2025 at 1:56 amHe’s now 2, and loves his couple of days at childcare centre. The team are all so welcoming, and updates with parents is exceptional. We get to see lots of pictures on the app about his day and the variety of meals he gets to have. Lovely childcare centre, highly welcoming and accommodating with our shifts. My son has been at St Thomas’ since he was 11 months old, and he loves it.

March 4, 2025 at 8:48 pmThe team are incredible, the building and outdoor space are remarkable and the childcare centre has incredible resources and discovering tools. Our son has come on absolutely remarkable from the time he started when he was 9 months old. Our son was born prematurely and the team have consistently been incredible with him, making sure they all knew about his individual needs and supported him accordingly! He is now 3 and asks to go to ‘school’ even on the weekends! Wouldn’t want our son going to any other childcare centre and any kids that we have in the future will attend St Thomas’ too! We can’t thank the team enough. Our son goes to St Thomas’ Day Childcare centre and he absolutely loves it!

March 16, 2025 at 10:03 pmI cannot honestly fault this childcare centre! The care is exceptional! All team members are so dedicated to making sure your kid is secure in their care! My daughter has a smile on her face every single day and to know that she is cheerful and settled within the childcare centre makes me as a parent, sense at complete ease! My daughter goes to St Thoma’s Day Childcare centre Monday to Friday 8-1pm.

The day is structured with lots of opportunities for discovering, and the team are consistently highly supportive, cheerful and flexible. I am exceptionally pleased with St Thomas’s Day childcare centre.

April 4, 2025 at 6:11 pmThe childcare centre is set in a lovely spot and being a smaller childcare centre it gives a more homely and family feeling compared to bigger national run nurseries. Outstanding childcare centre, my kid thrives here, the childcare centre team all know the kids so well and help them to develop from babies to well rounded pre-schoolers.

I was truly worried as he had never been away from me and it was just after lockdown, so he wasn’t used to strangers. Yet, it only took a couple of weeks for him to settle in and it is down to the fantastic care and assistance he has been getting from the team at this remarkable family run childcare centre. The childcare centre offers delicious and nutritious on-site cooked meals, which my son loves so much he usually has second helpings!
If you decide to go for this childcare centre, your kid will be well cared for, delight in going to childcare centre and will be engaged throughout the day with different activities where their carers are involved too. All the team are lovely and provide excellent feedback on how your little one was and what they did that day. I sense my son is cheerful and secure here and highly suggest this childcare centre. If you are looking for a childcare centre for your little one, don’t look any further, as St Thomas’ Day Childcare centre is the perfect place for all kids.

June 13, 2025 at 8:38 amThey have lots of activities to offer that have helped with my daughter’s discovering and speech. All of the team are welcoming and attentive and consistently offer assistance. My daughter has been attending St Thomas’s Day Childcare centre for a couple of years.
