Busy Bees Bicester

Every morning she can’t wait to go there and everyone in the team makes her sense so welcome, regardless of being in her room or not. We are kept updated throughout the day on the app and consistently told more at pick up. It feels like they care about her so much and that means the world. Can’t wait to see what the next few months brings as she moves room! My daughter has been full-time at the childcare centre for over a year and we are so pleased.

They have reacted well to all situations that have been thrown at them. I had originally planned to put her into another childcare centre closer to my work but they were full at the time, I could see how much she loved it and I couldn’t take that away from her so three years later she is still here and still in adore with everyone and everything at her preschool! I adore receiving photos of what they have been up to in the day and the activities they have planned! She loves the activities they organise on top of the usual day such as a policeman coming in to talk about stranger danger and a football coach coming in to teach them skills! We don’t have a garden at home so I know it means the world to her to be able to explore outside at Busy Bees! My daughter started right after lockdown eased in 2020 and everything was a bit unsure but I can honestly say I have never been happier with every step they took, from safety precautions to cleanliness of the setting for the kids!

The team were never able to properly communicate what our kid did during the day. The only answer we would get day after day was “She played in the garden; we did some counting”. Overcrowded. Even if they claim they meet the kid-team ratio requirement, it’s too many kids for that space and especially for the tiny garden.
Even though there are named pegs, it’s consistently a mess in the clothes/shoes/hats areas because the pegs are much fewer than the number of kids. It’s never spotless and fresh air inside. My kid has been left with a permanent scar on her forehead. I wasn’t able to find out the truth as to what had happened; what they told me wasn’t satisfactory. I suggest against this childcare centre. My kid spent a few months at Busy Bees Bicester and we left it as soon as we found a better option.

My daughter starts each day and ends each day with a smile. The food menu is incredibly varied, with my daughter having seconds almost daily. I have not seen inside the building due to covid. Breakfast club is not running either which is a real shame. A remarkable childcare centre, the team could not be more supportive, welcoming and accommodating.

All of the team know both my sons by name and are consistently so welcoming, inviting and welcoming. Both my little boys have thrived since starting at Busy Bees a few months ago. They have learnt so much and it has been remarkable for their development. It is such a relief to know that my kids are being looked after so well while I am at work. They are consistently treated so kindly and are made to sense secure and secure while they are at childcare centre. Busy Bees is an absolutely remarkable childcare centre and my little boys couldn’t be happier here.

The childcare centre has been accommodating to our needs and is easy to talk to, should we have any queries. Both my kids attend Busy Bees and are cheerful and settled.

Team truly get to know the kids and care for them. Managers are consistently looking for ways to improve the provision. I have consistently felt my kids are secure at Busy Bees and their next steps in development are keenly supported. Frequent feedback is given. Varied, healthy and nutritious meals are served. Different cultures are supported and a wide variety of celebrations and festivals are regularly celebrated. Would certainly suggest. Outstanding care of kids.

They adore it there. All the team are welcoming and the kids are looked after highly well. Both my kids have been cared for by Busy Bees.

We have noticed such a change in her and seen her develop ahead of what the books say for her age and I’m sure this is down to the remarkable team at Busy Bees. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough the meals are exceptional and highly nutritional and the team are incredible with the kids. The new app is exceptional you get daily reports and pictures of what your little one is doing along with regular assessment and can even track you payments etc. Overall I’m so cheerful with Busy Bees. Our daughter started at Busy Bees in September 2020 after much debate about if it was ok to send her when she was only 9 months old, all I can say is that I’m so glad we did.

The team are inviting and welcome and my son has settled in well. I’m cheerful with everything regarding the childcare centre.
