Child First Bicester

The team are incredible and care so much for the kids they look after. They are smiley and welcoming which is remarkable, even more so at the moment! The kids have access to lots of various activities throughout the day both inside and outside. They have a chef on-site who cooks the most delicious food! The menu looks incredible and it is adapted for summer and winter. The management team are incredible and truly accommodating. 10/10 for the team. Nothing but praise for Kid First Bicester.

They have both thrived in their care, they are both so cheerful when they arrive. I also highly much appreciate the daily information sheets which keep us informed of the activities the kids have been doing during the day. I highly suggest Kid First. I have two kids attending this childcare centre and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they have received.

When looking around for nurseries I was recommended a few but upon meeting the manager and now seeing how the team are with my kid and how he responds to them makes me cheerful to know he’s in great hands and genuinely cared for.
The garden is terrific and they’re consistently doing lots of excellent activities each week! The team are what makes this childcare centre!

I will consistently remember the general manager at Kid First giving me a massive hug as I was leaving the childcare centre in tears when I dropped my son off for the first time. But I had nothing to worry about. My first son loved this childcare centre, and my second son is loving it too. He goes in cheerful and leaves cheerful. The food must also be incredible as both my sons have consistently eaten well there. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. The team are highly attentive and supportive… And have enjoyable with the kids!! Leaving your kid at childcare centre for the first time is highly emotional.

The team are so welcoming and updates has been excellent throughout the Covid pandemic. The activities are well planned and our daughter is constantly discovering new skills and social skills. The food provided is truly varied and a great introduction to new foods and flavours, which we may not normally have at home. Could not be more pleased with Kid First Bicester Day Childcare centre.

She could not have been more welcoming and well‑informed and answered my questions and alleviated worries. Since registering, the team have been fabulous, answering emails in an incredibly timely manner. I sense they have gone above and beyond to help make arrangements for my daughter starting.
This week has been settling-in sessions and like most parents I have been dreading the thought of leaving my kid with a stranger, knowing she may cry. I need not have worried. Her room leader met us on the first day, and like all the team, she is so welcoming and accomodating to all of my requests. My daughter has bonded with a fabulous key worker and every day I have been receiving reports on all the enjoyable activities, as well as the fantastic/healthy and varied food on offer. The end of week summary emails are also excellent! I cannot suggest Kid First Day Childcare centre highly enough.
When looking around, I felt instantly reassured by the manager – who genuinely cares about the kids and their wellbeing.

My daughter started Kid First Bicester Day Childcare centre at 18 months old and settled in beautifully. She enjoys going so much. I know she’s eating well there as they provide excellent meals for her and she loves the outdoor space where there’s lots to explore. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone I know. She learns so much every day and consistently comes home cheerful. They provide all her nappies and wipes which is a excellent plus too.
I adore that I can leave her there and know she’s in completely secure hands and having lots of enjoyable. 10/10!

The setting is fantastic and they offer early starts and late finishes too.
I have been impressed with the outstanding activities offered, including baking, music classes which we receive photo updates of my kid taking part.
The updates is outstanding, with a high level of care and attention to any questions/concerns I’ve had and we receive detailed weekly updates in addition to daily updates of what the room has done and anything upcoming.
The rooms and garden areas are highly interactive, so much to playtime with and these are well maintained and constantly updated. Both of my kids have attended here and would highly suggest!

My son is consistently cheerful leaving us and coming home at the end of the day, the team make it sense like a home from home. The food is incredible and consistently cooked fresh. The team are welcoming and attentive, consistently have a smile of their faces.

My 3-year-old went for 2 years and looked forward to going every single day! I would highly suggest Kid First Bicester to anyone looking for an outstanding childcare centre for their kid. A exceptional childcare centre with incredible team!
