January 18, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter started at this nursery when she was ten months and has been attending for just over a year. I am so pleased with the standard of care and all of the staff are brilliant. They all show a real interest in making sure my daughter is happy and have been key to her development. I am really looking forward to seeing her progress further as she moves up through the nursery. I really like the parent portal too, it enables me to get regular notification updates throughout the day of how my daughter is and get updates of things she is doing. In summary a fantastic nursery with brilliant staff.

January 29, 2019 at 12:00 amMy little boy started at Smart tots at 16 months old when we moved to the local area, we did some research and felt this was the best and most diverse perfect for his childcare.
The girls working here take care of the children as they would their own therefore it’s great peace of mind especially as we both travel for work and we’re out of town a lot! I wouldn’t hesitate to enrol your child or infant at Smart Tots Nursery.

The staff are all so warm and friendly and we feel that he is in extremely safe hands. He settled in in no time and is now excited to see everyone when he arrives each morning. Having had to find him a place and start his nursery care in a rush, we couldn’t have been happier with the support and reassurance everyone at the nursery has given us.

She’s always tired out at the end of the day and has settled in really well.
There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Smart Tots to friends and family.

March 18, 2019 at 12:00 amBoth of our children have attended Smart Tots, and both have enjoyed a wonderful experience. Our son has attended for over two years, and he has been extremely well cared for and challenged. The staff are all very warm, supportive and professional. Communication between the nursery and parents is also very good. There is a real family feel to the nursery, unlike larger nurseries. My children have loved attending and both settled in quickly. My son has particularly enjoyed learning French too.
We highly recommend Smart Tots and thank the team for all their support over the years.

She enjoys a range of fun and educational range of activities and loves all the meals which are prepared fresh daily for her.
Highly recommend.

I was so worried about childcare, as it was never our plan for our little one to be in a formal setting at such a young age and we didn’t have long at all to find a suitable setting for him. I’ve been beyond pleased with the experience we’ve had at Smart Tots, I know how much my little boy loves it and will miss it! The staff made the experience so easy and straightforward for me as a first time mum leaving her baby for the first time and I can tell that my little one has such a strong bond with his two wonderful key workers. I can highly recommend Smart Tots, the care he has received is wonderful.

We have been consistently reassured and impressed by the exceptional standard of care given by the staff to the children. Our daughter loves going there and we feel completely at ease when we drop her off, knowing that she is going to be well looked after. Special thanks to the staff for all that they do. Our daughter has formed a very special bond with her keyworker too which we are truly grateful for.

They have an app that they update throughout the day, so you know what your little one is getting up to. The photos are brilliant.

October 16, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending since July when my maternity leave finished and I returned to work- we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. She has such a good time and always seems to be having lots of fun- I love seeing what she gets up to during the day through the app. There is such a wide selection of toys and activities on offer including the outdoor space.
The staff at Smart Tots are professional, friendly and caring and I would definitely recommend this nursery.

He found friends and mentions some of them very often. After just 2 months my son is more open to other kids and has improved his English very much. Thank you so much for the efforts and the lovely job you are doing.

The staff were and still are kind, caring, friendly and extremely helpful. They put the needs of the children at the centre of their focus. They put us at ease returning to work and we would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. The whole running of the nursery is fantastic and we have no negatives to share.

I truly believe they have helped her so much, become the bright and bubbly character she is today! The manager and the girls work incredibly hard, and they are one of a kind. It takes a lot to trust your child with someone else, but Smart Tots is a family.

July 19, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Smart Tots since she was 9 months old, I’m extremely happy with the service they give. Since the first settling-in session, she has had a smile on her face every time she is handed over to one of the staff members. The app is amazing and keeps me updated every 1-2 hours on what she’s eaten/toilet/slept/played with. All the staff are very friendly (although I haven’t met many due to Covid) the Manager always puts me at ease and explains everything for me. They have followed my routine I have given them for what I do with my daughter at home. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

We have always found the nursery to be excellent, from the caring staff to the activities they do and the array of meals provided. Would thoroughly recommend this nursery. We have never found anything that isn’t too much trouble for them. Very accommodating to any requests.

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amAmazing staff. Friendly. Caring. The warmth you feel from the minute the door opens is incredible. I feel that my child is always safe, loved and cared for, just the same as I am with them. They are all informative, very knowledgeable about my child and very forthcoming with how the day has gone. You cant ask for more when it comes to Smart Tots staff. I love how they make you feel confident with every one of them. When my child gets to the door ready for the day, the smile that beams from their face are amazing. The food is excellent. A good variety every week. Milk feeds to nappy changes, and the app is excellent and easy to use.
The play time outside is a firm favourite for my child. The activities in the day are brilliant and change all the time. I can’t ask for more, and I won’t because what they offer is brilliant. Thank you, Smart Tots.

April 4, 2023 at 12:00 amCannot recommend this nursery any more. My child has settled in so quickly, and the transition from her old nursery has been smoother than we could ever have wished for. The staff are so lovely, the communication is second to none, and she literally runs in there excited every single day. We only wish we’d moved her sooner!
