Bright Horizons Milton Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Really pleased with the care for our daughter throughout her time at Milton Park, she is thriving at primary school and that is a reflection on the care and learning that she has experienced in her four years at nursery. The staff have always gone above and beyond to support us as a family and we will forever be grateful for everything that the nursery staff have done for us.

Wonderful nursery. My son (19 months old), started here when was 12 months old and absolutely adores it. The staff are so kind and caring. They foster a really lovely welcoming atmosphere. They were also incredibly helpful and patient with me in the beginning when I was asking loads of questions about settling in etc. I get a summary of my son’s meals (including how much he ate), nap times and activities each day which I love seeing. The diet is healthy, varied and interesting. He eats better there than we do at home! There are loads of activities to keep him entertained and I never feel like he’s just doing the same thing every day (though of course there are some constants, like playing in the garden and reading books). I feel so lucky that my son goes here. He loves it and I couldn’t really ask for more than that. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Very pleased with the services the nursery offer. Very helpful staff and very co operative. My daughter love the girls there and have a great time with them. They are very welcoming. Total value for money.

Wonderful, friendly staff and a supportive environment for our child. Communication’s between the nursery and parent’s have been improved with the implementation of the app, it has been great to receive occasional photos.

Both of my daughters have attended Bright Horizons at Milton and we have been really impressed with the level of care they have received. Most importantly, my youngest daughter (18 months old), loves going there which is a huge relief to me, that she is happy, settled and all her needs are being met to an excellent standard. Activities are well planned, with wonderful resources that are engaging and provide great opportunities for learning. The environment is so calm with all the little ones looking content and happy whenever I pick up/drop off. Communication has always been excellent and my wishes for my daughter are always followed. Staff are energetic, enthusiastic and confident which is just what my little one needs. The meals and snacks provided sound delicious and help to meet a balanced diet, She always eats everything she is offered which is great! Overall we are incredibly happy and would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for all their hard work.

Our 1-year-old loves this nursery. I think we had one or two days of tears at the start of drop-off, but from week two she was waving goodbye to us in the mornings!
The team are lovely and take a genuine interest in baby sign, even learning a few new signs to teach her rather than just remembering her favourites.
I believe she has an action-packed day and learns new skills constantly!

My son has been at the nursery since he was under a year old and he is now 4 years old. We have always been so happy with the team. All the key workers he has had have been great and he has bonded so well with them. He is in oak class currently and I think it’s the best time he has had at the nursery. One staff member in particular and the girls in oak are fab. He gets excited to go in on his preschool days and talks about the girls that look after him all the time. It’s so lovely to know he’s so well looked after, his room is always set up so lovely and he’s got some great friends.

As parents, we have been very pleased with how our son has been taken care of since he joined the nursery at 3 months old. The staff are very professional and the kids are happy. Very recommended nursery, especially the sunflowers room.

Our daughter has been attending Milton Park Nursery for the past two years and is now thriving in the preschool room (Willow class). She enjoys a variety of activities and time spent both indoors and outdoors. The team is focusing on different areas of learning and development.
