Bright Horizons Harwell Day Nursery and Preschool

Due to negative past experiences, I was beginning to sense so guilty and that I’d have to give up work. However, within a couple of days, my toddler could not stop talking about the team. She soon became quite attached to all members here. I can go to work without this worry which makes life so much easier. They are given nutritious meals, they take the time to personalise that care for the kid e.g they work with parents and help with potty training. In my observations, I can see that the team here have great management. If the educators are cheerful and looked after the morale is great and the team have the energy and patience to handle a room full of toddlers! I don’t know how they do it. I do sense our kids pick up on this. Mine definitely has and gets excited to go. The activities seem truly enjoyable too. Also, it’s in a rural setting so you don’t have to compete with parking and traffic! I have not got the words to express my gratitude to all the team at this childcare centre.

The team in the two to three room were excellent and remarkable at helping him settle. He has recently moved to the preschool and all the team are also exceptional. The one issue we had was dealt with straight away. The leadership team is remarkable and highly supportive. The detailed summary report I have just received is highly detailed and shows how much they know the kids. I would truly suggest this childcare centre to others. We have had a remarkable journey with this childcare centre for my son.

The team are consistently welcoming and supportive. My son has loved his childcare centre journey so far, in particular the opportunity to cook.

Despite the need for additional health assistance the childcare centre have supported and adapted to our kids’s needs so well.
I can’t describe how confident I sense about their ability to care for and educate our kids and despite the cost of childcare centre provision, I would choose them over and over.
The facilities are truly great, spotless and educational. The food is truly lovely and adapted carefully for any dietary needs.
My kids have attended since 2021 and I continue to be impressed over and over.
The management team have also supported us above and beyond with the standard questions (costs, day-to-day logistics etc) as well as when something in our family has been challenging.
Truly pleased we chose this childcare centre for our kids and highly grateful. Harwell Day Childcare centre are an outstanding childcare centre, we have a 1 year old and 2.5 year old attending and they both have exceptional care from every team member.

She loves the team and talks with enthusiasm about the things that she has done and the friends that she has made. The assistance provided by the team for toilet training, reading and preparation for school is super and I know this is setting her up to flourish when she transitions to primary school after the summer. As our third kid attending this childcare centre, I have seen it go from strength to strength with a truly solid management team who know all of the kids and take their roles and responsibilities incredibly seriously. This has been particularly visible throughout the last year with all of the additional factors and practicalities that infection control and social distancing has required. Thank you for all of the help, assistance and dedication that you continue to provide. My youngest kid attends Bright Horizons Harwell Day Childcare centre and Preschool, following in the footsteps of her two bigger brothers.

I have noticed a vast improvement in sending our second kid here over the first one who had a full-time nanny. The team are so accommodating with any request I have. They are consistently cheerful to give tips to help parents if they are struggling. I wish we knew about this place for our first son. Highly recommended. Words can not express how exceptional the team are here, the facilities for the kids are remarkable, the place is consistently spotless, I’m actually shocked that our kid comes back so spotless, especially feeding time.

The App is also a truly useful tool to know what your little one gets up to during the day. An exceptionally well run childcare centre who have supported us immeasurably – thank you to everyone at Bright Horizons Harwell.

Our daughter has been there since 8 months old and she loves it. She gets excited every morning especially if she gets welcomed by the manager and her team. From her daily notes, we can see what her day was like, the food she eats and the activities she’s been doing. It’s a excellent way to reinsure us she’s looked after and cared for. Throughout the last 12months with Covid, we felt our daughter was secure and well cared for. Thank you for all you are doing for our kids. They provide outstanding discovering and life experiences. During the day they provide outstanding care and lovely home cooked food. Fully supportive of my wife while I was away working for 4 months, they make your kid sense secure for the period they have them.
