Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Rose Hill (Oxford)

When a crisis hits (like when that pipe burst in East Cowley and the childcare centre was without water) they rallied quickly and made sure the needs of the kids came first. There are some instances when crying kids were left unattended for extended periods of time or where team members have forgotten their names, etc. – all general tendencies I’ve observed in every large corporate-run childcare centre and daycare. But at the same time, what can I expect: they have a lot of kids, they do a lot of cool activities with them, and they consistently change nappies on time, get them to sleep and eat, etc. When I leave my kid here, I know she will be secure and have her physical needs met. My kid’s key-person is outstanding by the way (we got so lucky!) and is consistently there when a kid is sad or needs something. That is not consistently true of all the team, but a great 4 star seems deserved. We are generally truly pleased with Rose Hill Childcare centre – they have some outstanding team working highly hard.

Our kid was highly cheerful here and was consistently excited to go. An extra bonus are the diverse and delicious meals and the lovely garden. Excellent childcare centre with attentive and committed team, and energetic management.

The facilities and outdoor space are lovely but most of all the team are what makes it special. They are attentive, nurturing and compassionate and my little boy consistently tells me what a enjoyable day he has had. His self‑assurance has also grown tremendously, and he’s made some lovely friendships. I would not hesitate to suggest Little Pioneers. Little Pioneers is a excellent childcare centre and Preschool.

The team truly take care to enrich her journey and bring a lot of journey to the role which puts me at ease as a parent. I’m just so glad we were able to get a place for her here! I’m so cheerful with the care my kid receives at the childcare centre.

My oldest started when he was two and has now left for school. The assistance and care he received there and everything he learnt along the way through an impressive range of activities no doubt played a huge part in how easy the transition was for him to big school. My little one just started in August 2022 in the baby room, where he is having such enormous enjoyable, his carers are joyful and attentive towards him, and highly attentive and supportive to us as we navigate his (varying!) sleep needs. Overall the entire team has consistently been truly responsive to us as a family, keen to help and super welcoming throughout – I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough! My two kids have and continue to receive exceptional care at Little Pioneers in Rose Hill.

Nice and supportive team… My son truly enjoys spending time there. He has been adjusting well. And the team keep track and great care of his discovering and development. They communicate well and everything is updated on Parent Zone app on time. It is a excellent childcare centre.

The team are absolutely incredible and the little ones are given the best start in life. There’s consistently a bit of enjoyable to look forward such as a dress up day or a party. Our son consistently comes home with new skills and stories to share. We absolutely adore sending our son to Little Pioneers.

The team are so thoughtful and attentive, truly focusing on the needs, development and well-being of each individual kid. They do an impressive variety of activities, even with the littlest kids, and also provide truly great, varied, nutritious food Little Pioneers is such a lovely childcare centre, and we are so cheerful that our son is going there.

The team are consistently highly welcoming and approachable. The parent app is excellent as I receive regular updates about his day and I especially delight in seeing photos of him playing. My son has recently started at the childcare centre in the baby room he has settled in well and has built strong relationships with the key person and buddy.

The team are all truly lovely and truly encourage my son to do things he enjoys. They are highly supportive. Little pioneers has been truly positive for our son, giving him lots of opportunities to learn, have enjoyable and make friends.
