Our son is consistently excited to go to childcare centre, runs in with a smile on his face and clearly gets so much care and encouragement from the whole team. The food is a big hit too! The app is excellent for keeping track of updates, doing forms and payments etc though the team are consistently excellent and giving you verbal updates each day. I also want to truly commend the extra effort and commitment they’ve shown over the pandemic period ensuring the kids had a secure and as normal as possible setting to develop and thrive in despite the obvious pressure and anxiety on adults during this unusual time. I thoroughly suggest this fantastic childcare centre. What a fantastic childcare centre – an incredible setting with excellent facilities and such fantastic attentive team who treat the kids as individuals with truly tailored care.

The childcare centre is highly inclusive and welcoming and the team are consistently cheerful, patient and highly welcoming. The resources are excellent too. Everyone is consistently highly supportive and we sense confident our daughter is cheerful, secure and cared for truly well. The kids also spend a lot of time outdoors in a lovely and spacious garden. I would highly suggest this setting. Our daughter, who has developmental delays and a working diagnosis of ASD loves her childcare centre and the fantastic team that look after her.

They truly do a fantastic job, lots of entertainment, engagement, arts, craft and encouragement to try thing and be involved, we are highly cheerful she is cheerful! Daughter loves going to childcare centre, she can’t run in quick enough!

My daughter goes from strength to strength at this childcare centre, she has grown in self‑assurance and independence and a huge percentage of this is down to her time at Old Station Road and the impeccable level of care and assistance she receives there, the facilities and the team are second to none. My journey with the childcare centre continues to be an exceptionally positive one, the team are incredible and have made everything from dealing with Covid to a site move smooth and uninterrupted.

He bonded truly well with all members of team in the baby room, who are welcoming to all the kids in the room.
Every day at drop off a team member comes to pick up my son at the door and asks how he is and how the previous evening/weekend was. At pick-up time, there is consistently someone who provides an update on what he ate, how he slept and how he played/interacted with others.
Outside space/garden is accessible to all kids easily. Daily moments like activities are captured in pictures and made available through an app. Framework indicators are ranked, and development can be tracked.
All requests from parents seem to be accommodated promptly and general updates is highly great. My son settled truly well within 2 weeks, the key person was present most days and gave a daily update on activities and development.

They understood the anxiety as a new parent leaving your kid with a stranger and comforted me as a parent offering assistance and advice which was incredible to sense. The team are open to try new routines and adjustments to suit the needs of the kid. And are constantly offering assistance and advice. My son has an incredible bond with his key person but will happily go to any adult in the room. I sense cheerful knowing he has a enjoyable-filled day at childcare centre. The Old Station Childcare centre offer some incredible activities for babies such as music, messy playtime, role playtime, song time and outdoor playtime. As well as ample opportunity to free flow giving the kids the choice to decide. The food consistently goes down a treat, my son consistently comes home with a full tummy and a messy shirt. A sign of a enjoyable-filled day. I couldn’t praise the baby room team well enough! I cannot wait to see how he progresses! As a first time mum, the team at The Old Station Childcare centre were incredible at welcoming my son and making sure he was settled.

All the members of team are compassionate, supportive and consistently smiling. My daughter absolutely loves it and you can tell that she is highly well looked after. I have not seen the new facility properly yet but it looks incredible from the outside. Since my daughter joined the childcare centre last year, I could not be happier with the overall journey.

We never have any issues and the team are highly supportive, the only thing I would change is introducing a system where we can see the fluid and food intake on the app every day, sometimes we don’t get a clear handover of what she has eaten and drank during the day. Thank you for a lovely, secure setting for our little one. My daughter runs into childcare centre every time with a cheerful face and full of excitement!

Each member of team are welcoming and make me sense at ease. I drop my son with no worries what so ever. All I can say is thank you for changing my perspective on childcare centre’s! My son was in a childcare centre previously but since moving he’s come on leaps and bounds.

They truly care and make my kid sense special and consistently welcome and loved. My toddler absolutely loves going each day and comes home tired out from a enjoyable-filled day. I adore the updates and pictures to see what she’s been getting up to, it consistently looks like the team and kids have equal amounts of enjoyable!
Consistently supportive with keeping sleeping bags, dummies and cups just for your kid to make it as homely as possible. No need to cart them back and forth each time! I’m so so glad I chose this childcare centre and it made going back to work so much easier. I know that my kid is well looked after and well entertained as well as discovering key skills. I can see each time she is home the positive progression in her skills, it blows me away.
I sense the team truly care too to help develop those skills and increase them each time like helping with the walker or using a pen.
