October 9, 2024 at 6:21 amThe process has been excellent and my daughter has settled in so quickly. The team are lovely, supportive and extremely accommodating. Facilities available to the kids are varied and have a excellent choice of things to do. The little touches eg. personalised place mats are a really lovely touch, along with involving parents for themed tea etc. I am extremely cheerful with my choice of this childcare centre. Keep up the great work! My daughter has recently started here as she was not settling at a previous childcare centre along with the flexibility of hours offered here.

Really pleased we chose this childcare centre, my son couldn’t be happier. This is a fantastic childcare centre.

January 1, 2025 at 3:08 pmMy daughter consistently seems cheerful and the team have been outstanding – they have been excellent with my daughter. They provide a log book on a daily routine that day so I know how much she eaten, slept etc. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. I enrolled my daughter in September 2016 and I have had a very great journey.

Both girls see Rainbow as their second home.
My daughter rushes in without a backwards glance to join the educators and carers, whom she sees as friends. Immediately she joins an activity or a group of pals.
Playtime is enriched by add-on classes like French, yoga and ‘sporti stars’
She relishes it all, especially lunch. My four-year-old daughter is a very cheerful attendee at Rainbow.

February 20, 2025 at 8:14 amBefore she started at Rainbows she was an extremely difficult kid to get to eat anything. She has been at Rainbows for 7 months now and she has drastically improved with her meals. She is not eating 3 meals a day and I do thank Rainbows for focusing on her eating, it has helped a lot. I sense that Rainbows has done a great job with my daughter.

March 13, 2025 at 9:40 amTeam are very great and provide updates daily. My 3-year-old is diabetic and the childcare centre team really look after him well. They happily agreed to get training from his nurses to administer him medicines in case of emergency. It gives me peace of mind that he is with trained team and not missing out on anything. My son enjoys all the activities, especially playdough and water playtime in the summer. I really adore this childcare centre for the space, care, activities and welcoming team. Had a lovely journey with my twins at this childcare centre and now my youngest one is enjoying it.

I think the team work very hard to make a secure and cheerful childcare centre. Thank you. I collect my grandson, with prior arrangement, the kids are consistently cheerful and noisy!

April 11, 2025 at 8:30 amHowever, from the off Rainbow was inviting welcoming, and inviting so it became the obvious choice. The overall setting is light, well equipped, spotless and set up for discovering through playtime. There are excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. The team are incredible. Hardworking and loving, they can’t do enough for the kids in their care. The team and management have kept me fully informed of his development, from chats at drop off/pick up time, to parents evening, online discovering journal and other events such as mother’s day tea.
Whatever concern’s I may have the team are consistently ready to help in whatever way they can. I cannot rate this childcare centre highly enough. My son will soon be leaving to start primary school, and I sense his time here has given him all the right tools to prepare him for his transition. I would suggest this childcare centre to any parent looking for somewhere their kid will be secure, loved and encouraged to be the best they can be. Looking for the right childcare centre to leave my infant son at was quite a daunting prospect.

May 28, 2025 at 2:07 pmThey have plenty of activities indoor and outdoor. Team very attentive and loving. My son loves lots of cuddles which he is definitely not short of when he is there! Most of the team are consistently smiley and very welcoming. I can see development in my kids’s development every single week. Lovely childcare centre! Mu daughter and son adore coming to this childcare centre.

June 28, 2025 at 11:41 pmShe often asks to go to childcare centre on days off and whilst on holiday- a sign of how cheerful she is there. The team are all lovely and consistently make time to talk to you before or after childcare centre to discuss any concerns you might have/info you want to pass on. I have also been really cheerful with how flexible the childcare centre have been- they are the only childcare centre in Tunbridge Wells to offer flexibility in the hours kids can attend (i.e. 8-6 not 7.30-6.30 making it slightly cheaper) They are also remarkable at sticking to your sleep routine, be it 1, 2 or 3 sleeps (depending on age) and don’t force your kid into the “childcare centre routine” like so many of my friends nurseries. We highly suggest Rainbow Childcare centre. We adore Rainbow Childcare centre as does our daughter.
