VisitingKid Ease nurseries have an open house policy and are happy to show families around without them needing to make an appointment. This allows prospective families the opportunity to see the nursery in full swing. They do request that busy times such as the start and end of day, and lunch times are avoided.

November 12, 2024 at 2:21 pmHe was very tiny when he started but as a family we were reassured by the small and relaxed baby room and by the self‑assurance of the team. He was looked after as an individual and his own routine was followed.
His development has been supported by the childcare centre and he loves coming. We never have any tears as he is consistently cheerful to go to his key person and when he is collected we consistently hear stories about his day and take home photographs and pictures of what he has been up to.
The childcare centre has become an extension of family and the adore he has for team is clear as is the adore shown to him in return.
I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. My grandson, now aged 14 months has attended Swingfield House for a year.

January 22, 2025 at 5:13 amHe has developed very well in the baby room with the help of his Key Person. I am extremely cheerful to see him go in as he never cries, he’s consistently smiling when he see’s his Key Person, and he is very confident with all members of team within the setting. He enjoys going in the garden and he enjoys all the food there! I am looking forward to his move up to Apples very soon, where I am certain they will keep up the great work!!
I would like to thank his Key Person and the Manager for encouraging his development. My son, now 17 months, has been attending Swingfield House Kid Ease since he was very small.

February 13, 2025 at 12:46 amAs a teacher I know how hard the team will have worked to get that rating! My granddaughter loves going to childcare centre and although she is quite quiet and reserved she is discovering new skills every day. Apart from the standard reading, writing, spelling and number skills, she is developing her social skills. She has the opportunity to cook, learn French, practice yoga, dance, and explore her talents. She gets a filling, nutritious meal every time she goes and is much less fussy about her food than she was when she started! The team are incredible and consistently make us sense so welcome and my granddaughter has her own key worker who monitors her development and reports to me what she has done when I collect her. The atmosphere is inviting and nurturing and the safeguarding procedures are outstanding. Carry on the great work everyone and thank you for giving my granddaughter such a lovely introduction to education. Congratulations on being judged ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

March 5, 2025 at 4:00 amMy kids are so cheerful to come here they cry when I collect them (what more could you want) the team of team are like a family who run a smooth secure setting and offer an incredible range of activities. The outdoor setting is so inviting. They are consistently there with a smile on their face to invite you in on every session, my daughter has dietary needs and every need is met without feeling like I’m being a pain. I am cheerful to say I can’t fault this childcare centre and without a doubt if there was another pitter patter I would be on there door step without needing to look round a long list of nurseries. My son and daughter have used this childcare centre and I couldn’t of wished for a better setting & better team of team.

March 26, 2025 at 6:10 pmShe settled at childcare centre in no time as the team were so supportive and supportive. Today she is such a confident and attentive little girl and most of the credit for it goes to the girls at childcare centre. I have found the team so approachable which I think every parent looks for. The key person approach work really well as there is consistently a designated person who is looking after your kid’s needs, worries and records their development. I really like the natural look and sense of the childcare centre and also very impressed with the variety of Kid-led and Adult-led experiences they do at childcare centre. These experiences have not only helped my kid have enjoyable but also learn, reason and develop at the same time. I was recommended this childcare centre as safeguarding and childcare is their priority. Every single member of their team is doing a excellent job, I would like to thank them in supporting and helping me in this journey of my kid’s development. My daughter has been attending the setting since Feb 2014.

Settling in and transitions are managed well and handovers are informative. Very cheerful with the Swingfield Kid Ease Childcare centre – a lovely setting, outstanding and attentive team with excellent management.
