As a parent, I’ve consistently had peace of mind when my kids attended the childcare centre and were confident that they were looked after. Excellent setting with loving and attentive team.

October 17, 2024 at 11:15 pmMy youngest is due to start soon and I hope he loves it just as much! Such a lovely childcare centre setting, my little boy loves going in and some days it’s a struggle to get him out!
His educators, especially key workers, put so much time and attention into the days and get them to try new things which, as parents, we don’t consistently have time to do on a day-to-day basis.

November 13, 2024 at 5:02 pmHe is very cheerful to attend and loves his helpers and classmates. My journey of the childcare centre is outstanding, at handover in the morning they consistently ask how his evening was and check if there is anything they need to know. Upon collection, they give a brief report of how his day went, including what he has eaten and any issues we need to be aware of. The childcare centre assistants are consistently cheerful and welcoming and go out of their way to help. (E.g. for his birthday party we didn’t have a list of names of who he plays with, the girls compiled a list and labelled the invitations ensuring parents received them and even told us when some parents had accepted!). There have been times when he was going through phases of discovering and the team made sure they built on the work we had put in at home (e.g. potty training). I really cannot fault anything and believe the childcare centre deserves to be awarded Outstanding in every category. I drop off and collect my grandson most weeks at least once.

March 31, 2025 at 1:20 pmThe Chaple Childcare centre team spent lots of time and patience working with our family, we worked very closely to build up the baby’s self‑assurance and all the development.
This is a childcare centre I would listen to parents’ opinions and suggestions, they are willing to spend lots of time and effort on each kid. They don’t just babysit the kid, they do care about kids’s development.
They also update their activity calendar planner, daily update, consistently checking with parents to assure everything is at the right place. We strongly suggest this childcare centre to all our friends and family. Our baby was born during the pandemic, I found it really hard to settle the baby at childcare centre.

April 7, 2025 at 6:37 amWe were initially worried, however, the carers are very competent and experienced in looking after him and also invested in getting to his needs in a way that made us sense very reassured to leave him there. They truly go above and beyond to ensure our queries are responded to timely and also in ensuring our baby eats and drinks properly which was our main concern. Our baby’s personality has changed positively and he has learned a lot of new skills, we can see how the childcare centre has made a positive impact on him.
The reason I have rated facilities/outside space as satisfactory as it has been four weeks at the childcare centre and has not had the opportunity yet to spend outside time but the space is remarkable outside. Thank you The Chapel Childcare centre. We have been very lucky as our baby had excellent carers who really cared and looked after him well.

He has settled in well and seems to have a great relationship with the team at the childcare centre. The team are very welcoming and supportive. Very cheerful with the childcare centre and how they are taking care of my son.
