September 30, 2024 at 8:06 pmTeam are incredible at not only creating exciting daily interactive and stimulating experiences but also ensuring kids are meeting the EYFS curriculum by teaching them phonics and writing.
Despite the garden being on the small side, the kids still get ample outdoor time, come rain or shine, and lots of outdoor trips to the local library and park, etc.
A remarkable preschool! If any doubts, just stand outside at pick up and see for yourself: all kids leave with big smiles on their faces, lots of anecdotes to share and hands full of marvellous creations. Oakley is a hidden gem, and I would highly suggest this preschool setting – my kid could not be happier!
It feels like being part of one big family and nurturing setting.

October 2, 2024 at 9:50 pmWas the best decision we made for our daughter as she was in another previous. The team at Oakley are the most kindest, friendliest and loving to our daughter. She asks every day when she’s going to childcare centre. She loves it. She loves the food and the activities (they have such enjoyable activities in the day for the little ones); she adores every one of the ladies at Oakley. The hours are excellent for us, and can consistently help/accommodate if we need an extra day or half on top of her normal days. The adore and care they give her is incredible! Thank you for everything you continue to do with her. My daughter has been at Oakley now for over a year.

All the team are the best, very approachable and I am consistently kept fully informed through the Famly app. Overall I am very cheerful with everything this childcare centre has to offer and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Oakley to anyone. My little boy has been at Oakley for about 7 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of care he receives.

November 22, 2024 at 3:03 amI was anxious and worried about her starting childcare centre as she had never been with anybody else apart from us. Team in the baby room was simply remarkable: together we developed a plan that would work for us as a family, and every day we left her at Oakley with the reassurance that we were all working together on this, with kindness and understanding. Since then, our daughter has been very cheerful at Oakley. I honestly have no words to describe the competence and friendliness of the baby room. Recently she progressed into the toddler room. Again, we are so cheerful and impressed with how smooth and gentle the transition was. Our daughter is cheerful to meet her new friends and we can already see how much she is developing with her new peers. Thanks Oakley! Our daughter has been at Oakley since she was 12-months-old and it has been a excellent journey.

November 29, 2024 at 6:12 amThey both started at about one year old, and they (and we – the parents) adore it. It is incredible to send both kids off each morning knowing they will have enjoyable, eat well and just generally be loved. I am also amazed by how much my eldest has learnt – his phonics and maths are really great now. The only slight drawback is a relatively small garden, but it is used inventively, and I know the kids get to go on trips and the playtime park as well, so it doesn’t worry us. Thank you, Oakley! We have two kids at Oakley, one in toddler and one in preschool.

Our daughter is cheerful and the development she has done regarding speech and relations with people around her is incredible. All the team are absolutely fabulous. Not only looking after the kids but preparing them for school. I highly suggest Oakley Childcare centre and Preschool! After loads of research and emails sent to various nurseries, Oakley was the only one that answered our questions.

January 11, 2025 at 1:07 pmThey take excellent care of the kids and work hard to provide a wide range of experiences, including regular trips out (library, parks, storytimes in local care home) to cooking, art and discovering through playtime.
They even have Spanish lessons. Being centrally located in the town centre, they don’t have lots of outdoor space, but what they do have is well utilised, and they go out twice a day, plus very regular trips outside. My son loves it & we sense it’s great value. The team here are exceptional, attentive and so energised, as well as practical and easy to communicate with.

I don’t think I could have found a better childcare setting for my son. Over the time that my son has been at Oakley, he has blossomed into an independent little boy with great updates skills.

March 23, 2025 at 8:22 amThe greatest asset to the childcare centre is its team, who really do go above and beyond. During the first lockdown of the pandemic, we continued to receive messages from team seeing how my daughter was getting on and checking in despite the childcare centre being forced to close. The team treat the kids as individuals and have consistently listened and made adjustments where they can. Oakley provides a home from home journey for the kids that attend.

Thank you. It is also great value for money. They do great outings like to the park or library. My son really enjoys childcare centre – team are inviting, welcoming and attentive and I have full self‑assurance in them.

His speech, counting and letters have come on in leaps and bounds, and he absolutely adores his key worker.
He is so settled; I hate the idea of him ever leaving to go to primary school.

The childcare centre kept us well informed about activities the boys have done via the app. We’ve been very cheerful with the care the boys received. The childcare centre has a very home from home sense, which we liked. Oakley Nursing cared very well for my toddler twins.

There is also a great balance between having enjoyable and discovering as a pre-schooler at Oakley.

We appreciate the variety they pack into a week and have loved seeing photos of our daughter enjoying yoga, phonics, walks to Knole Park, mud time in the garden, etc! The team were also really great at communicating during full lockdown and putting measures in place for the extended opening in June. Our daughter comes out every evening with a beaming smile and you can’t ask for more than that! Our daughter joined Oakley’s in November 2019 and has loved every minute of it.

July 6, 2025 at 5:05 amOver the 12 months that my daughter has been at Oakley, she has blossomed into an independent little girl, with great updates skills and cheerful outlook on life. She looks forward to childcare centre every morning, which is so fantastic to see. The team at Oakley are thoughtful, expert, attentive and compassionate. My daughter (now 22 months) has multiple allergies and the team have worked so hard to ensure she has a well-balanced diet at childcare centre and a great variety of meals. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team and I don’t think I could have chosen a better childcare centre. I was so cheerful to find Oakley Day Childcare centre after a bad settling journey at another Sevenoaks childcare centre.
