Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool

My son attended nursery here and now my daughter does and for the last couple if months the staff have remained positive and proactive about establishing good routines to provide the children with a semblance of normality in these crazy times. My daughter thoroughly enjoys attending and despite the pandemic, I am so glad that she is in the toddler room developing her social and cognitive skills. Despite all having personal circumstances which make this pandemic threatening in different ways, the nursery staff are always positive, helpful and I feel comfortable and confident handing my daughter over to their care. These nursery workers are the unsung heroes of the pandemic and I couldn’t recommend Turkey Mill more; thank you for everything!

My little Boy started at Bright Horizons at around the age of 16 possibly 18 months old. He began his journey in the baby room and is now currently enjoying his journey in the preschool room. He has had the best start to his nursery life, being cared for by some very lovely members of staff. There are of course certain names that are mentioned and he always tells me what he has been doing, activity-wise and what he’s eaten.
Management and staff go above and beyond for the children and parents.

My son attended this nursery in 2019 as a baby and I was happy with his care. He left before joining toddler room due to a change in my career but I have since re-enrolled him into the toddler room. I wouldn’t trust any other people to look after him because I know they do a brilliant job at settling children and giving them the individual care they need. The nursery provides wonderful activities which my son recreates at home and he talks fondly of the staff in his room. The staff communicate with parents well and always keep me updated about anything my son may need or how he’s been feeling. I’m very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to have a tour of the facilities before the pandemic hit and were instantly sold on this nursery. The professionalism, care and enthusiasm emanated from every room we entered. There were so many varied activities for the children at every stage, with beautiful garden areas for each too. We believed this was going to be the best setting for our little girl and we were so right! Our little one joined the baby room just as she turned one and it didn’t take long for her to settle in and be comfortable with being passed over to a staff member each day. Now, almost six months in, she is so happy here that she charges off every morning, barely waving goodbye. She has formed such a lovely bond with her carers and also other children in her room, this is so wonderful to see given our current situation with the Covid-19 restrictions. Staff are amazing! The activities are tailored to the children’s interests and keep them engaged throughout the day. The nursery is excellent value for money, you are always kept informed and staff are always willing to help.

What an outstanding nursery! My son goes to preschool here and he is being assessed for autism! From day one, they have taken my concerns seriously. They have always been professional, friendly and always given me the time of day! They have a great app that you can communicate with them and pictures for you to see activities they have been doing! They have made changes to help my son settle in and since he has been going I’ve seen such a change in him! My son loves going to nursery and has created such a great bond with the girls! They support all his needs and I have felt at ease taking him there, knowing that they are taking such good care of him! A big shout-out to the deputy manager and one other member of staff in particular! Thank you so much!

All the staff in the baby room and the other support staff have been simply lovely.
Our child has built a really strong bond with his key worker which brings us such comfort to know he can be happy when away from us.
We’re very impressed with the whole team’s diligence, kindness, attention to detail and also the general upbeat happy environment that we observe.
The app is excellent for updates throughout the day, making our time apart a little easier.
Very pleased with our choice of nursery.

My daughter is very happy to attend Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool. She enjoys all the different activities offered and likes the food! She has built a good relationship with staff and they are caring and attentive to her needs. I would recommend this nursery to other parents as there is a great team who work there and they are the reason behind every child’s smile.

My daughter loves her teachers, always keen to learn more and explore new things. She is happy to come here and we will be sad to leave this year as she is starting reception. We have been so impressed by the toddler team at Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool. Our son is often reluctant to leave us at the door but is always greeted by warm welcomes from the team as well as hugs when needed! Our son is always surprising us with new things he has learnt and the activities and learning environment are constantly changing and inspiring for young minds.
