October 6, 2021 at 12:00 amTwins have settled in well and enjoying nursery. It would be nice to have a sibling discount to help as very expensive. Had a few issues with payments which took a long time to sort out. No issues now after the complaint was put in. The staff in the baby care are friendly and knwoledgeable.

February 15, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter has only recently joined the nursery and so far it has been great! The carers are very friendly and give us lovely updates on our daughter’s day. It appears that they have lots of fun and varied playtime which is something my partner and I really appreciate. The app is fantastic too and we adore the photos we get. I find myself checking the app loads to see how she is doing! So far we think she loves it and so do we!

Every day he comes out smiling and chatting about his day. The staff in preschool have been amazing and have really made the effort to get to know him and make him feel safe and happy while he’s there.

September 13, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth of my daughters have been to Bright Horizons and the space it provides indoors and outdoors is great. The staff who look after the children have always been very attentive and given full reports on how they’ve been for the day. The kids enjoy the food and the activities they do. My only concern is that they never have enough staff on at crucial drop and pick up times so we are always left waiting when it’s the most inconvenient time to us as we have work to get to. Their accounts department has proved impossible to speak to on previous occasions which is frustrating when trying to sort out outstanding payments.

My son seems very happy and is also improving his speech and ways to communicate with others, because he has a delay due to being bilingual. Thank you for everything you do for him and all your patience.

She has built excellent relationships with the staff and the other children. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive and professional at all times. We have daily updates about my child’s day in nursery from the staff at pick up plus information provided throughout the day on the app. They have a good varied menu for the week and my daughter eats well at nursery. We have had the opportunity to have a look around the nursery and see what the children get up to and the environment they spend the day in. I feel like the nursery team are an extension of our family.

September 16, 2022 at 12:00 amMy children started in January 2022 and from day one, they have loved every day. The staff have a genuine care for the children and it shows in so many ways. One child is in baby care and the other is in little learners. Both of their confidence has come on so much, their speech and their understanding. My child in little learners is currently potty training and it has been welcomed and the staff are so supportive. My children are much better eaters also since starting nursery. The app is a great way of keeping in touch with them throughout the day and a conversation starter with the children when they come home. I cannot thank the nursery enough for their care and the support to my family. I never have any doubts or concerns about my children’s safety or happiness. I recommend the nursery to everyone I know.

September 16, 2022 at 12:00 amThis is my daughter’s first nursery. It was really hard to choose, but I am so happy with the result. All staff are so polite, friendly, helpful and understanding. My daughter is coming home so excited, she is talking about how was her day, what she did during the day and always going back with a good mood. She started to talk in English, step by step, but it is just a week and already such a good result. I can see that staff are doing what they love and they are where they have to be. So, the most important thing is that I can leave my daughter without any stress and she will be so happy and looked after. Thank you Maidstone Day Nursery!

November 7, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son struggled with being around people before we started nursery, this included family and friends. Since starting Bright Horizons, we have seen such a change in him and family and friends have noticed too. He was born during covid, the first lockdown, so i was worried that this would have a negative impact on him socially. However, the staff at Bright Horizons are amazing. My son constantly mentions their names as if they were family members. He is always smiling at the staff and you can feel the love, care and support provided for him. The facilities are also amazing. We visited other nurseries, but this was our favourite.

January 23, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year, and it’s one of her favourite places. She has developed really well and is clearly very happy there. The staff are nothing short of amazing. The variation of activities is brilliant, helping to develop my daughter’s imagination, creativity and little personal life skills! My daughter is in Little Learners and mixes with pre-schoolers which is great. It’s a secure, safe and very friendly environment utilising great staff that encourage, nurture and care. The menu is varied and healthy. On top of that, their parent app is excellent at keeping you updated on your child’s day. They also upload observations of your child’s progress, which is lovely. In general, the reporting is brilliant.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amI have two girls, one in preschool and one in little learner. They both started in baby care and they love it. My oldest daughter has gone through the rooms up to preschool and each transaction was smooth and easy for them and me. The staff are caring and kind and the kind of people I want looking after my girls when I’m unable to. We are very grateful for Bright Horizons. I have never known children to be sad when they don’t have school tomorrow! Thank you, for all you do!

The level of children engagement is very much impressive between children and staff. Management also communicate regularly with parents on updates and any changes. Was impressed with the first-hand mention of fire exit, which demonstrates safeguarding and this also reflects across the overall safeguarding of and for staff and children.
