Pennies Day Nursery - Newnham Court, Maidstone

Both of my daughters adore to go there. Educators are incredible. I adore the space indoors and outdoors. Kids do lots of different activities every day, I like the fact that they spend time outside every day, no matter the weather. The best childcare centre and preschool in the area.

It’s a stimulating setting where you see the kids really develop. Excellent team, and also a really nice big garden playtime area.
My son has had a fantastic time here – so much so that his little brother will be joining shortly (beware!). Big thanks to the team for all you’ve done! Pennies is a excellent childcare centre.

The team are exceptional and each key person my daughter has had has known her so well. The activities they provide for the kids are enjoyable and original. The management are approachable and supportive and I would highly suggest Pennies Newnham Court to anyone looking for quality childcare. My daughter has been so cheerful since joining Pennies in 2020.

Have nothing but sheer amazement for the team and everything they do. I cannot even put into words the self‑assurance that my 1-year-old has developed since attending Pennies to the point she screams in sheer delight when she sees where we are. As a working parent that’s all you could ever wish for. My only slight reservation would be the cost. It is so expensive with no flexibility on days as an emergency services shift worker I have to pay for full days even when I don’t necessarily need it due to working shift patterns. If I had further kids in the future I think I would have to pull my little one out of pennies as would not be able to fund more than one kid attending. Agree that you pay for what you get though and for now absolutely adore pennies and everything they do. Absolutely incredible childcare centre.

My son has attended the childcare centre for one year already! I’m cheerful with the team. Also, with the food and the information giving from them in the end of the day. They are very supportive! Best childcare centre Ever!

A kid who could at times be shy and clingy, the journey from the baby room all the way to preschool now, has developed her self‑assurance, social skills and she will be well equipped for starting school when the time comes. Pennies Day Childcare centre has provided a secure, enjoyable and educational place for my daughter to grow, learn and make friends.

I can’t thank Pennies enough for the assistance and encouragement and care all the team at Pennies has shown her. Pennies has given her a excellent foundation for her development and discovering, she is confident, independent and cheerful, she has made friends and loves her key workers. My daughter was slow to develop in some areas and the team at Pennies were on it, they monitored, encouraged and supported her in her language, behavior and understanding.
Thank you Pennies, as a working mum it has been invaluable to have you providing her with a variety enjoyable activities, different meals and discovering opportunities that I would never have been able to do, especially messy playtime. My Daughter has been going to Pennies Day Childcare centre – Newnham Court, Maidstone since 2020 and soon she will be going to Infant school.

Both my kids have attended term-time Preschool over the years, with my son due to finish here in a few weeks. Can’t fault the team at all. Two team members, in particular, are so great with the kids, nothing is too much and they are just all round great eggs. Thanks for looking after my two amazingly and getting them ready for their next big step; school! Incredible from start to finish.

Every day of every week is so varied, it’s clear they put a lot of effort into planning each day to make sure it is jam-packed with activities. They also do 1 or even 2 trips per week ranging from the zoo to the beach! I’ve been so impressed and more so my son loves to go which is the most important thing. Thank you Pennies My son absolutely loves coming to the Pennies Kids Club during the school holidays.

We moved our son (3 years old) here from another childcare centre where he wasn’t very cheerful. The team have looked after him and been very mindful of the change for him. He can be shy/sensitive at times but they have made him sense welcome and included. He tells me about the different activities he competes and he loves playing in the garden. We have now moved our daughter (1-year-old) here too and she loves it. Best decision we have made. We have nothing but positive things to say about this childcare centre.
