September 6, 2024 at 9:21 amThe app is a excellent tool, and we adore seeing pictures of all the activities, and our kids’s cheerful faces! Our kids adore attending Bright Horizons Childcare centre, Kings Hill, the team offer exceptional care to our kids.
There is plenty of feedback and assistance and our key workers have strong bonds with our kids.
The facilities and outside space attracted us initially, they are large and give our two young boys lots of opportunity to explore outside and run off all their energy.

He eats a wide variety of different foods at childcare centre which he enjoys.
The team are all lovely and very welcoming. My partner and I adore the app where we are updated on what he has eaten / slept / toileting and what he has been up to each day. We absolutely adore receiving the pictures where we can see he is truly cheerful.
Highly suggest this childcare centre. We are so glad we decided to send our son here – he is thriving and has grown so much in self‑assurance, he is consistently very cheerful to go to childcare centre.

I never worry about my daughter as I know she is very well looked after and enjoys her time at childcare centre very much. Thank you! My daughter has loved going to Bright Horizons, Kings Hill Day Childcare centre from day one.
The care she gets is outstanding and has helped her development from when she was first 1 and a half years old to 3 years.

She has made very special bonds with the members of team and the kids, and I can’t thank them enough for consistently keeping me updated and also making my daughter’s times at childcare centre sense so secure and cheerful. My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for the last eight months.

She’s learned a lot coming here and loves her days here. They accommodate her vegan diet well. We also like the app to keep track of her day and see photos. Really lovely childcare centre.

January 15, 2025 at 1:19 amTeam have gone above and to settle and help my first daughter. She still talks fondly of it now. My son now attends and loves it there. He enjoys all the activities indoors – messy playtime is excellent, and great group games too. Lovely space outside, which is excellent and again keeps him very entertained. I adore being kept up to day with pictures. Any issues or queries have been dealt with promptly. Consistently greeted when we arrive and leave. Overall, so, so cheerful. Both kids have attended, and both different but incredible experiences.

The team are incredible and have helped him prepare for starting primary school. Looking forward to our little girl starting in September. An outstanding childcare centre and Pre School.

His speech has also improved since joining the childcare centre and he is better able to articulate his feelings for my youngest son. The childcare centre has been a attentive and nurturing setting which has encouraged him to express himself and stimulated his curiosity. The childcare centre has really helped my eldest son to build self‑assurance and socialise/interact with his peers.

March 7, 2025 at 12:06 amThe team in her room have been nothing but incredible they have been so supportive and compassionate and they are so lovely! My daughter has such a excellent bond with them which is so nice to see! The ladies generally care for the kids and you can see this even when you are just dropping and picking up your kid. The ladies in her room are consistently able to tell me how her day has been, what she’s been doing, friends she’s played with, how much she has eaten, gone to the toilet etc. The childcare centre has been so supportive when changing my daughter’s days, nothing has been a problem and they were really understanding and accommodating. I would just like to thank you from a cheerful daughter and family! I’m so cheerful that I decided to send my daughter to this childcare centre.

April 8, 2025 at 2:06 amShe absolutely loves it. The educators are loving, welcoming, and enthusiastic and seem to genuinely want to be there! My daughter has developed well during her time there and enjoys the different games and activities provided. The assistance team are also outstanding, really welcoming and approachable. The app is exceptional to keep tabs on what’s going on during the day, although sometimes team don’t have time to log all meals/photos. My daughter’s transitions from room to room have been smooth and stress-free. The childcare centre is the most expensive local option but I would suggest it. My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Kings Hill for just over 2 years from childcare centre to preschool.

I adore looking on the app at all of the creative and engaging activities my son does in his class. He comes out every day cheerful and chatting about what he has learnt which is a testament to their incredible job. I have nothing but positive things to say about the childcare centre.

From the initial days of dropping her off with tears and tears, even when we’ve picked her up, now she seems cheerful and content. I think she really enjoys her stay at this fantastic childcare centre. When we were looking for a childcare centre, it was important that not only would she receive daily care, but also learn in an setting where the kid, caregivers and the other kids demonstrate great behaviour. We believe our kid is getting the best start in life from the Bright Horizons team. When we first arrived at the childcare centre, we met the manager, who inspired us with self‑assurance our daughter would be in an setting that promoted her discovering and well-being.

I’m grateful I can leave my kids with people who I trust and who care for them and are doing their best to assistance them. I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough to anyone. The childcare centre is well catered for, spotless and tidy and very expert. They use the update app every day so I know how much the twins ate, when they had changes and what activities they did during the day. My almost 3 years old twins started attending a year ago at the childcare centre.

This nurser nurtures their natural curiosity and my son often comes out with things he has learnt there. I will be sending my second kid here. My son has attended Bright Horizons Kings Hill for 2 years and I have consistently been really cheerful with the cate he receives there.

July 1, 2025 at 8:50 pmConsistently wanted a smaller childcare centre, however, Bright Horizons has been able to cater for our daughter’s needs exceptionally well and help us with behavioural and certain developmental issues. This has made management of the issues much easier. Team genuinely care for our daughter’s well-being and are excited to see her daily.
I sense like my daughter is discovering a lot and her development has advanced as a result of Bright Horizons. Very positive journey.

It was the best decision for me t move my son to Bright Horizons and would highly suggest. My son joined Bright Horizons in August 2022 and I could not be happier with how much more confident he has become and the development he has made in all aspects of his development.
