Tops Day Nurseries: Newport Nursery

I’ve never seen him so cheerful to get up and go to childcare centre in the mornings and is consistently so cheerful when he comes home. The team are incredible. They consistently go above and beyond for my little boy and everyone else. Thank you Tops. My kid has attended Tops Newport Childcare centre since October 2020.

She can’t wait to go and loves telling me all about what she’s been doing. They have so many activities to do that she is constantly stimulated, she loves doing the boogie mites. The team are all incredible and she talks about them all the time. She has come on really well with her speech, counting, knowing the alphabet and singing songs. I can’t fault Tops childcare centre at all, they all do a remarkable job and I would highly suggest them to anyone. My daughter has been attending Tops childcare centre in Newport for almost a year and a half and she absolutely loves it.

All the team members we’ve come across are incredible and make sure our daughter is cared for to a high standard every day. We wouldn’t dream of sending her anywhere else. Our daughter absolutely loves going to the childcare centre every day!

All the team are welcoming, attentive and understanding. I would only suggest Tops to anyone considering childcare centre care for their kids, as they are simply fantastic. It’s so hard to leave your little ones with others when you have to return to work but the Childcare centre team have been fantastic to my granddaughter right from when she first started in the baby room, to retuning after the lockdown gap, to a new room in investigators, it was hard for her to settle again, due to the break in routine but the team have worked hard to ensure she is cheerful and confident in her surroundings, so now she even pretends to phone her key worker on the days she’s at home, to tell her what adventures she has been up to.

I was really anxious in leaving her at first, as she’s only 9 months old, but the team have been really welcoming and reassuring. The updates on the app have really helped put my mind at ease. Even though my daughter cannot yet talk, I know she enjoys childcare centre as she is consistently cheerful when welcomed by the usual welcoming faces and also comes home very cheerful after every session. The organisation of resources is also a bonus as it means I don’t have to prepare her with a bag of baby bits and food every day she attends. I sense confident that she’s in very great hands and I would highly suggest Tops to other parents. My daughter has only been going to Tops Childcare centre for a couple of weeks but I have been extremely cheerful with the level of care and service provided so far.

There isn’t a single negative thing that I can report and would highly suggest to anyone looking for childcare. We chose Tops because my nephew thrived there but also because of their flexible booking system. If I had known just how incredible they would be for my daughter then I would have chosen them regardless of those things. Nothing is ever too much trouble and every member of team that we have come across has been attentive and nurturing. My daughter has a speech delay and from the very first discussion around this, the SENCO and my daughter’s key workers have put in place everything possible to assistance her and make sure that she (and us as parents) are supported. We are very lucky that Tops is our childcare setting and look forward to the next 2 years our daughter gets to spend there. Thank you for everything! My daughter has attended Tops since September 2020.

They come home tired because of all the things they have done and the enjoyable they have had! My youngest started there when she was one and it made going back to work just that little bit easier knowing they would care for her with such high standards. She has grown with self‑assurance and engaged in activities that she loves (when I asked her, she said painting was her favourite). I will be sad when the day comes for her to go to school. A really incredible childcare centre that has consistently felt like home for my 2 kids.

He looks forward to meeting his friends and team and he speaks fondly of the team, in particular. I have not had any unpleasant journey with the childcare centre since he joined over 2 years ago My kid consistently looks forward to going to childcare centre.

I’m still new to it all so I do ask questions and they are very supportive. Lovely people, my daughter seems to delight in it there, they have made me sense comfortable leaving my eight month there and less anxious about going back to work.

He had never been left by either of his parents before. They take time to ensure the kids are comfortable and secure in their setting. Their updates with parents and carers is outstanding. My son is cheerful, healthy and thriving in their setting. They go above and beyond when I call and ask random, last minute questions and will do their best to accommodate our childcare needs and last minute bookings if they have space, being shift workers. I cannot fault them in the slightest. I walk away feeling cheerful and confident that I am leaving my kid in the very capable hands of all the team for the day. The team at Tops Day Nurseries: Newport Childcare centre have all bee remarkable with my youngest son.
