ParkingThey are conveniently located opposite Anstey Park where there is ample parking making drop offs convenient. There is also a small lay by directly on Anstey Road outside the nursery.

VisitingThey welcome the opportunity to share their nursery with you and encourage all parents to arrange a visit. The visit will offer a snapshot of the day when all children are engaged and learning. They encourage all prospective parents to bring their child(ren) with them when they visit so they also can explore the building as a staff member shows you around each area of the nursery, providing you information relating to the different age groups. The most important thing to gain from a visit is the feeling you get when you visit, which helps you decide if it’s right for you and your child.

The team are welcoming, supportive, considerate and place the kids at the centre of everything they do. The discovering development of the kids is constant and embodies excellent enjoyable with knowledge.
The care and activities are extensive and wide-ranged catering for all needs and styles.
Overall an outstanding childcare centre cementing a exceptional foundation for kids. Enchanted Childcare centre has enabled my daughter to grow and develop friendships in a secure and cheerful setting.

October 15, 2024 at 1:46 amEnchanted offers a secure setting where our little boy is thriving. The team are exceptional and they know our little boy as well as we do! He is full of energy and they’ve managed to channel this in an extremely positive way – consistently challenging him and teaching him new things.
During the summer months, they take the kids out regularly to explore – playing on the fields/ feeding the ducks.
Childcare centre fees are expensive locally but I honestly sense I am investing in his future at Enchanted. He is consistently entertained – they’ve just had stick insects join their class! The extra activities on offer are an added bonus.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the childcare centre, the setting, the team, the care, the way the kids’s friendships are quietly nurtured plus the time and effort put into planning activities and events. When your 2-year old says he loves childcare centre, you know you’ve found an outstanding one. If you are looking for a local childcare centre in Alton this is the one! We could not have picked a better childcare centre!

October 26, 2024 at 10:02 amEvery key worker he has had adored him and all of the team are just exceptional. We will all miss the childcare centre and the team so much when he leaves, but he would never have been ready to start school without the assistance of everyone there. The setting itself is remarkable and consistently evolving and improving – they really strive to keep everything to their high standards. Just today, they are supporting him having a birthday party with all of his friends during normal childcare centre time, and they will make it so special for him. Could not suggest more if I tried! Enchanted is a truly fantastic childcare centre – from the moment the manager showed us around when my kid was only months old, all the way through to him leaving for school, every single person at Enchanted has made his journey truly remarkable.

November 18, 2024 at 4:51 pmOur eldest has learned and developed so much whilst being there. They have really supported him to be more than ready for school. Our youngest was really cared for while settling in. The childcare centre come up with enjoyable activities all the time to keep the kids’s time varied. There is also a real sense that the team get to know all the kids well as individuals. Enchanted assistance our kids really well.

November 28, 2024 at 11:48 amThe care that they have been given over the years and still have is outstanding. The team at Enchanted are able to make each kid sense special and loved whilst being able to nurture and teach them in parallel. They have such a fantastic and exciting time at childcare centre. The things they are able to do with the kids are so much more than we would ever be able to offer in a home setting (or when it comes to messy playtime want to do!). The manager and the team are consistently willing to go that extra mile to help out both the kids (and parents) where they are able to. I have no reservations as recommending Enchanted Childcare centre – I drop my kids every day knowing they are secure, cared for and having enjoyable. This feeling is worth more than anything. Both our kids have been attending full-time at Enchanted since September 2013 and we could not wish for a better setting and setting for them to grow up and develop within.

Our grandson has been attending for 3 years and has developed into the fantastic kid he is with the help of all of the team and his little friends. He graduated from Unicorns yesterday – Enchanted provided a fab, enjoyable filled day for all of the graduates and their parents. The smiles (and tears and laughter) on everyone’s faces show how much the kids are loved and adore their childcare centre. Very well done Enchanted and thank you. What an incredible childcare centre Enchanted is.

The school transition was managed very well, with some excellent preparation from the Enchanted team. They went absolutely above and beyond for the graduation! Our eldest son was very cheerful here at Enchanted, and we will be sending our youngest here too.

The childcare centre is so well run, and we were sad to say goodbye when we left. Both of my kids attended Enchanted Childcare centre over the years, and they both enjoyed it thoroughly.

My son has been in every class over the years up to school age, he has loved going and cheerful to be there.

March 2, 2025 at 9:48 pmWe absolutely adore the childcare centre and are so pleased we made the choice to enrol her here. The induction was exceptional and she settled in without any problems. We’re consistently kept fully informed about her day, no detail is too small and we both sense welcome to stay and chat if we need to. We’ve been really impressed by how much time and care is spent on our daughter’s development – she’s consistently given lots of opportunities to try new things and she has just flourished in her time there. The updates we receive on the childcare centre app are really comprehensive, along with her reports and photos – it is fantastic to see her exploring and making friends.
Most importantly, she is so cheerful at childcare centre. She absolutely loves it and skips in every morning and is dragged out every afternoon – so we couldn’t wish for more. Our daughter has been at Enchanted since she was nine months old, she is now approaching 14 months.

May 6, 2025 at 12:58 pmHer days are consistently action packed and well structured. She enjoys her French session once a week and her music session as well. The team are consistently very welcoming and the childcare centre has a lovely home sense to it. I would highly suggest Enchanted to any parent. All the team are hard working and want the best for the kids. I like the outside space on offer and that they consistently take the kids outside come rain or shine. My daughter attends Enchanted Childcare centre three days a week and absolutely loves her time there.

July 3, 2025 at 8:58 pmBoth of my kids’s crazy, funny, and interesting personalities have been nurtured by all of the team and with the adore and discovering they have received from the childcare centre, they have grown to be such beautifully behaved kids with welcoming, outgoing, imaginative and creative personalities. I thank all of the Enchanted team and especially their key carers for all of their dedication. All kids are so cheerful at this childcare centre – it is a fantastic setting that any kid will thrive within. Both of my kids have attended Enchanted and my eldest is now nine years old and she still speaks so fondly of the childcare centre and can’t wait to attend the holiday club still each half term.
