March 30, 2019 at 12:00 amI visited a lot of nurseries before making my choice and this nursery by far ticked all of the boxes. My daughter has been attending Hardmoor for around a year. I’ve had a wonderful experience with all of the staff they were very reassuring and supportive when my daughter was settling in and now she can’t get in the door quick enough in the mornings!
Lovely outdoor space and very nature orientated even for the tiny tots!

June 10, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been in the Rabbits room (for up to two year olds) since November 2022. I’ve been delighted with the experience so far and so has he. It took him a few weeks to settle in but we were well supported by nursery staff throughout that time and he now gets excited to see the staff and head inside in the morning. He clearly has a great bond with his keyworker when I see them together and her updates, both verbal and written, show that she understands him well.
I was particularly drawn to Hardmoor Early Years Centre because of their considerable outdoor space and I’ve loved seeing my son help out with planting seeds and having snack time outside. They get outside in all weathers and I really appreciate that the nursery provides rainsuits for the children in wet weather and sun hats in warm weather. I’m excited for him to get to know the allotment and the chickens as he gets older!

June 10, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little girl is in the littlest room and she’s had a lovely time since joining in September 2022. Her key worker is brilliant, she keeps me up to date on everything and my little girl absolutely adores her and the other team members.
My oldest boy went to Hardmoor Early Years Centre too, he’s now at school. He has a number of complex learning needs that the team at Hardmoor recognised early. They put support in place as soon as they could and led the process for EHCP application prior to school.
The team are amazing and the forest school values are brilliant for my two very outdoorsy children. Would highly recommend.
