October 24, 2024 at 3:45 pmAs full time working parents it was really important to us that the boys were able to be together during the day, and not be in separate age rooms as they would have been at some of the larger, more ‘corporate’ nurseries. The fact that at Orchard the kids are together all day is perfect. Additional benefits of this set up (although not ones we had thought about when the oldest started) is that you don’t have the upheaval of moving between rooms and changing key worker, which some of my friends at other nurseries have found a bit stressful, and it means you have lovely well rounded kids that can playtime with different age groups. The team are supportive of each other and bring out the best in every kid, which they achieve by knowing the kids inside out rather than having a one size fits all approach. Under the managers supervision the childcare centre has exceeded our expectations in every way and the boys are very fortunate to have had such a first class journey which will set them up for all their future adventures. We really can’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough. Both our boys have been full time at the childcare centre since they were 9 months old, and I can’t believe that the oldest is now “in charge” of the little ones!

It really is the most nurturing, well rounded setting you could hope for! Nothing is too much trouble where your kid’s needs and welfare are considered.
I suggest this Childcare centre to anyone who’s looking for experienced, expert team. I’m actually going to be so sad come July 2016 when it’s time to move on. I have used The Orchard Childcare centre for both my daughters since 2011.

Team are easily contacted via email or phone and are consistently available to help. You build a rapport with all team members which is incredibly important and consistently lovely to be greeted with a smile. Exceptional childcare centre. My son finished childcare centre in July 2021 after attending the setting for nearly 3 years.

December 31, 2024 at 6:55 pmIn the year she has attended she has come on leaps and bounds, she has become more confident in playing with other kids before she was shy and would sit on her own, her reading and writing skills have come a long way and she is now able to write several words as well as read a full book, and more importantly, she loves attending the childcare centre and adores her educators. My daughter has attended the Orchard Childcare centre for just over a year joining at the age of two.

January 3, 2025 at 2:38 amDeciding to send my daughter to The Orchard Childrens Childcare centre was the best decision I have made. She has been going to this childcare centre full time for three years now and not once has she ever cried about being left there with Lauren and the team, in fact it is quite the opposite – she is often reluctant to come home!
I am continuously amazed at how much development my daughter has made in the care of such dedicated team. She has developed a thirst for discovering and gaining knowledge as she is inspired by the team who work there, their surroundings and resources. She frequently sings the songs complete with actions, talks to me about the numbers and letters she has been discovering about, but more importantly talks constantly about her friends there; friends which include all of the team. And all of this is captured in the lovely discovering logs that we receive each term which often bring tears to our eyes!
The team at this childcare centre are fantastic and updates is outstanding. They are all welcoming and approachable and take utmost care to get to know our kids, it is because of them that my daughter is as cheerful as she is. I wouldn’t ever dream of taking my kid anywhere else. Deciding where to send your 9 month old kid when you return to work, is one of the most difficult decisions you have to make as a new Mum.

January 3, 2025 at 7:34 pmIt was a little hard at first until she adapted, but step by step she started to like it. The changes in her behaviour started to appear after a few weeks. She is a loving kid and very energetic, but because of the lockdown, I lived in fear that I could not give her the freedom and opportunity to grow up in an setting surrounded by loving and sociable people. This Childcare centre was the best choice I made. I found their highly qualified team, who permanently take care of my kid, pay a lot of attention to my little girl and have a lot of patience. The best part is when I go to take her home. They consistently answer my questions and tell me in detail how her day was at the Childcare centre. In the end, I would like to say a big “thank you” to all the team! My little girl started Childcare centre at 20 months.

February 4, 2025 at 12:27 amHe absolutely adores those that work there and he consistently comes home with a smile at the end of the day. My youngest kid will be starting alongside his older brother in September 2022 and we wouldn’t have considered any other setting for their early years education and care. I thoroughly suggest the childcare centre and know that my kid is in great hands. My eldest kid has been attending the setting since January 2021 and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive.

The team are exceptional they consistently have a smile and time for each parent and kid. Our daughter has truly blossomed and speaks fondly of all the team and loves all the different activities they do.
We could not have asked for a better childcare centre and would like to say a big thank you to all the team for being remarkable at their job. The childcare centre is like a home from home and we’ve got our youngest signed up to start too. My daughter and I will miss the team and her friends very much.

Food allergies have been handled so well that we have the utmost self‑assurance in the team. Big thanks from us to the Orchard team, you are all super! I sent my son here because my daughter attended previously and she loved it. They have both made lifelong friends and I sense so grateful to have found this childcare centre. The team are all so welcoming and approachable! Orchard childcare centre is a inviting and nurturing setting.

My son hardly spoke a word when he first started, now he doesn’t stop talking! He sings, counts and has learnt his alphabet.
He has developed a excellent relationship with the team and made many friends.
It really is heart warming to see.
I can’t praise this childcare centre enough.
