Cygnets Day Nursery

My daughter is cheerful to go there and playtime with everyone. The team are lovely and everyone there is very supportive and welcoming. My daughter speaks three languages and I was worried about it. But her English is so great. Very cheerful with everything. I am very cheerful with Cygnets Day Childcare centre.

I got lots of positive things to say about Cygnets. First, about the staffing, the team are outstanding, so attentive and patient. I have seen many kids crying when they are going home after childcare centre. That is really unusual. I think it’s just because of the great staffing. They celebrate the special days (e.g. Father’s/Mother’s Day) and make some cards which help the kids to understand these special days. I’ll never forget about the sports day activities and the parents invited as well to assistance and see their little ones playing on that day. Cygnets Childcare centre is well organised and also the best in childcare. My eldest daughter is going to Cygnets Day Childcare centre and she is going to start year ‘R’ in September.

We felt so welcome and could tell how cheerful the setting was. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it again and again. Cheerful, welcoming, attentive team, and almost three years later, our like one is cheerful walking in those doors! Thank you, Cygnets, for welcoming us, making our little one so cheerful, but also supporting her development. From walking in the door on the first visit, I can tell the care, dedication and passion the whole team showed.

The educators are welcoming and extremely capable. They really look after our daughter well. The management team is very supportive and having meals provided was also a huge advantage.
Our daughter has made a lot of friends and has a great relationship with the educators.
This is a remarkable childcare centre and we would highly suggest. We are very cheerful with our daughter’s social and academic development since she joined Cygnets Day Childcare centre.

The team are so compassionate and attentive, they are passionate about their jobs and give the kids the best journey. I get regular updates, both verbal and electronically. I am really pleased with how both my kids have flourished during their time at Cygnets Day Childcare centre. Both my son and daughter have attended Cygnets Day Childcare centre and their time spent there has been incredible.

The outside space is excellent, very natural, with lots of digging and mud kitchen activities available. The daily app is excellent at keeping us in the loop, and team respond to queries very quickly. Our daughter has just potty trained, and we found it really easy with the ladies at Cygnets. They told us everything that happened that day and supported our daughter, who can be sensitive at times. I’m really cheerful with the food at Cygnets; the choice is varied and healthy. I think gives them a taste of something different with every menu change. We are very cheerful with the childcare centre and suggest it to our friends and family! We adore the team at Cygnets; they are so attentive and create excellent bonds with the kids.

Super welcoming and honest team, fresh and varied meals for kids, lots of activities referring to every kid’s age and needs. Being a single mum all the team were very supportive and understanding, becoming my new best tactic in my son’s educational process. They help me a lot in putting a strong stake in my son’s development and I’ll never be able to suggest and tell them thank you enough. Cygnets Day Childcare centre is the best choice I could so for my three-year-old boy.

Team a bit lacking in advice and opinion of what our kid is up to during the day and seem more interested to say what the lunch was that was served.

My little girl has been going here since she was one and has loved every moment. Every room has welcoming team, and well-planned activities get published for us to see. My youngest is now at the childcare centre, and again is so cheerful and goes in every morning with no problems. Cygnets is a lovely childcare centre.

As a granny, I am very cheerful and relaxed to leave my granddaughter in their capable care. She loves childcare centre and is discovering every day. So a big thank you to all the team! I have found the overall journey at Cygnets Day Childcare centre to be exceptional.
