They have been understanding and supportive to individual situations throughout the pandemic and we can’t thank them enough for providing a secure, cheerful place for our kids during the week. September 4, 2024 at 7:28 pmThe updates has improved and the changes with allowing parents into the room has had a really positive impact. I still think there is room for improvement, especially for the price increase, with regards to the outdoor provision but on a whole our daughter is very cheerful and settled here. Since the new management has begun, there have been vast improvements.

September 22, 2024 at 9:06 pmI can’t fault anything about this childcare centre – they are consistently willing to help, go that extra mile. One lady has been incredible with my son, and even though he’s in pre-school now, he’s never forgotten about her. He consistently asks if she can come to our house and playtime – she’s made a friend for life. I will be gutted when my son leaves the childcare centre in September 2021. Where do I start, the management team here are exceptional, and because of this, the team are extremely incredible.

Since we have been using Bright Horizon’s Church Crookham Day Childcare centre and Preschool we have consistently felt confident in all aspects of the care they provide, ranging from the activities, food and development.

I couldn’t suggest Church Crookham Childcare centre enough – it truly is a excellent setting for our kid! Church Crookham Childcare centre is a positive and welcoming setting that continues to meet our kid’s needs.

My daughter absolutely loves it at Church Crookham Bright Horizons and gets excited when she realises its a childcare centre day.

He has developed so much in self‑assurance and social skills and language. Thank you. I adore everything about this place and how much my son is discovering.

Another excellent stay and playtime by the Church Crookham team. Excellent journey for the kids – the visiting animals were lovely and a nice journey for all different ages.

Various activities are consistently created, keeping it interesting whilst fully developing in a enjoyable way. Food is outstanding and dietary requirements are thoroughly considered. Overall, we couldn’t suggest enough! All of the childcare centre team are outstanding and have enabled our little one to settle and flourish very quickly.

April 23, 2025 at 7:56 pmShe was 11 months old when she started and being a lock-down baby was very unsettled around new faces. The team were exceptional at helping her settle in and also fab at reassuring me that she was enjoying her time at childcare centre. Within a week she was happily waving me off! The childcare centre is very welcoming with lots of toys and playtime areas for the kids, including a lovely outdoor space for when the weather is nice. There are plenty of activities going on throughout the day and the team are remarkable at interacting with the little ones and encouraging messy playtime. I was a bit worried about nap time (my daughter isn’t a excellent sleeper) but within a few weeks, she was sleeping a solid 2 hours after lunch. The team are excellent at following a kid’s routine and any changes i.e. extra milk feeds or new nap times, they accommodate without any fuss. I’m so cheerful I choose this childcare centre for my kid. My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons childcare centre in Church Crookham since December 2020.

Any requests we ask for our kids are followed with plenty of assistance for our kids’s milestones. (Currently toilet training). As a parent, it is consistently remarkable to see your kid excited and looking forward to their days at childcare centre.

May 2, 2025 at 2:03 pmThe team are so lovely and she just adores them. The facilities are fab and she has grown up a lot here from discovering from the team and the other kids. I’m particularly impressed with the food, it’s consistently really varied and healthy and she eats very well at preschool. We also adore the garden and the ‘free flow’ aspect. We adore Bright Horizons and my daughter loves it!

The app is a excellent way to remain connected to the day-to-day, the menu is remarkable and any requests such as nap time limits are consistently respected.
The childcare centre itself is modern, designed specifically to be a childcare centre and has enough room where it doesn’t sense overcrowded.
We fully expect to send any additional siblings in the future. Our son has been attending Bright Horizons for just over a year now and although it’s been a number of changes behind the scenes, we’re really pleased with how it’s all gone.

Throughout the whole lockdown, the childcare centre have been fabulous – excellent updates, supportive and welcoming team, new measures in place without being frightening for little ones etc.
The team are all so welcoming and have taken the time to get to know each and every kid. My daughter loves attending and gets upset when it is a day she doesn’t go! There are a wide range of activities which are designed to be enjoyable yet educational. The menu is excellent too. I would really highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for a secure and welcoming place for their kid. Can’t praise Bright Horizons Church Crookham enough.
