Bright Horizons Eastleigh Day Nursery and Preschool

She has grown in self‑assurance and she enjoys being there. All the team are welcoming and supportive, and they are consistently there to lend an ear if you need them. I would not send my kid anywhere else. My kid has been attending here since January 2022.

She started when she was nine months old. As a covid baby and our first kid, we were keen as parents that she had interaction with other kids and input from trained team as soon as possible. The assistance she has received from her key worker and all the other team has been incredible. She is discovering so much and enjoying playing with others and she is secure and well looked after. The updates we receive from Bright Horizons is remarkable and I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone. Our daughter has been attending childcare centre here since May 2021.

She was a little emotional when she first started and I was really worried about her but the team are lovely and helped her settle in so quickly. After a week she was completely different at drop-off.
I’m regularly kept up to date on the app regarding her everyday routine, what she has eaten and lots of photos of activities she has been doing.
She loves going and has created very strong bonds with the team and her key person. They’ve really helped her develop and come out of her shell more.
They are preparing her well for the up-and-coming changes in her life and it’s lovely to have that assistance.
It’s a fantastic setting and I’m glad she has been cheerful there. My daughter has attended Bright Horizons since January 2022.

They are consistently welcomed with big smiles and cuddles from the incredible team team. The different activities they do are exceptional and grandparents have a huge selection of artwork! Feedback on the app and from team is consistently informative and they are cheerful to help with any advice if you need it. They are all genuinely interested in our boys’ development and encourage logging of pictures and videos of what we do at home as well. Our boys adore attending Bright Horizons.

As a parent I sense as though I am consistently kept updated on how my kid is doing and receive reports frequently regarding development and next steps. I adore the personal touches such as the hand painted cards that get sent home with my kids at important events, my little ones even made me my own birthday card!
All the team are welcoming, attentive and nurturing. Attentive for my kids in a way I would at home too.
My youngest presents with an array of allergies that need careful monitoring, which the childcare centre team handle without question, in the most incredible and expert way possible. I have never been let down in any shape or form, which as a parent gives me so much reassurance.
My kids both happily toddle off into the room now and are greeted by their friends. It really gives you that family-sense. We adore it. From day one Bright Horizons Eastleigh have gone above and beyond to care for my kids, my oldest joined 2 years ago followed by my youngest joining 1 year later.

I couldn’t be happier, they made what could have been a stressful move a complete breeze and for that I couldn’t thank everyone enough! My son absolutely loves being at this childcare centre, we transferred back in March to this one and the improvement in himself has been incredible, he genuinely gets so excited to go see the team and his friends, I adore the updates and getting to see how cheerful he is and what they have been discovering/playing.

The team are all welcoming, approachable and responsive; they do lots of enjoyable and creative activities with the kids. Our daughter has made many strong, secure relationships with many of the team members and has been supported to establish and maintain friendships with peers. The team are kid-focused with regards to each individual kid and their needs and regularly update parents on development. We are very pleased with our experince with Bright Borizons Easleigh, and our daughter has been with them since January 2022.

He has loved being in the baby room. He is welcomed with big smiles by all team members and has bonded with his key worker, so well. All team have a lovely welcoming about them and have made us sense very cheerful about our choice! My son has recently started here.

The team are welcoming and very supportive in assisting with milestones such as potty training. They are very great with updates i.e updating the app with pictures and keeping me informed at the evening handover. They have a varied range of activities and are consistently very clear as to the next development steps and how they will help my kid to reach these. The childcare centre has been really excellent for my kid.

The team get to know the kids well so that they can work on key areas of development and ensure they delight in their day with the things they like doing. Remarkable setting, accommodating team, very welcoming.
