September 12, 2024 at 4:24 pmWhilst very different individuals, they have both benefited from the playful and creative environments and the social interaction with other kids and adults (ie childcare centre team).
The childcare centre team are welcoming and supportive to the kids, taking them on trips to shops and regular walks in the lovely grounds this childcare centre is set in. There are daily activities and lots of creative playtime.
As a parent, I am also grateful for the regular Tapestry app updates and pictures. Both of our daughters have attended this childcare centre from a young age.

September 24, 2024 at 7:08 pmHer key worker is so attentive to her needs and goes above and beyond what we expect. The activities are led around the kids’s interests, which I adore! They are encouraging lots of independence too. The app is used really well to communicate with us about our daughter’s day, which is super supportive for us when she gets home. It is consistently so lovely reading about her day and seeing pictures of her exploring the creative activities put out. I cannot praise the team members, enough, they are such a supportive and welcoming team. I’m so grateful we picked the Chandler’s Ford Childcare centre! Our daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre and I could not wish for a better team to care for her.

I’ve been so impressed with how much he’s developed under their care, such as discovering the alphabet song at the age of two and picking up toilet training very quickly. He is consistently cheerful to go into childcare centre and looks forward to seeing key individuals. I have one hundred percent self‑assurance in the management and the whole team. This is an outstanding childcare centre. My son has received outstanding care at Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Day Childcare centre and Preschool.

Lovely set-up of facilities and outside space.
Many different opportunities to learn, explore, test out and journey for the kids.
We only recently moved to the UK and are very cheerful to have found this place!

November 20, 2024 at 7:32 pmOur eldest has made some fantastic friends and regularly returns home, talking about all that he has learned in preschool. Our youngest, whilst having only been there for a few weeks, has already bonded with the marvellous key worker.
The setting has also catered really well for our kids’s allergies. It’s a lovely location.

December 3, 2024 at 7:46 amThey were very nurturing when he started at just 6 months old, after the pandemic and he hadn’t met many other people. He formed excellent relationships and bonds with the team and his key worker, which has made him confident and secure in the setting. He has transitioned into the bigger room with ease, because of this. The facilities are outstanding and are engaging and he can’t wait to join in, each day.
The team are attentive and supportive and have taken excellent care with his allergies, which is such a relief. Updates is outstanding and the team are very supportive. We have been at the childcare centre for over 18 months and the team have been a fantastic part of my kid’s development.

December 7, 2024 at 4:08 amThe team are consistently welcoming and welcoming. The rooms are bright and the kids have a vast array of toys and activities to choose from. Each garden has been carefully thought out for each age group and my little boys adore the extra trips to the bakery, pond and whatever ride they venture too!
We are kept informed of each kid’s development and enquiries are responded to promptly. We would highly suggest this Childcare centre to other parents. We have two kids at yellow dot chandlers ford and we are very pleased we chose this Childcare centre.

December 16, 2024 at 10:04 amWe had to pick a childcare centre during the height of covid, for a kid that hadn’t experienced much of the world, let alone social environments. The team were welcoming and completely supportive of our and our daughter’s needs. She had a longer and fully supported settling in period, where the team worked hard to find things that comforted her in those early days. Now she’s often sent home with stories of enjoyable in the garden or paintings and songs, they’ve done during the day. Fast forward a year and we have a very cheerful, chatty and confident little girl, who struts into the childcare centre building, like it’s a second home. We adore the rural location of the childcare centre, backing on to fields and horses, where they’ve enjoyed lovely walks, whatever the weather. Newly renovated and refreshed management, has brought new life into the childcare centre and we are looking forward to having our youngest join the childcare centre later in the year. Keep up the great work team! A lovely local childcare centre with everything we could have asked for.

However, I am not cheerful with the management, the way they handle kids safeguarding and their communications on this matter. So had to move little one to another childcare centre 4 months before going to school. It’s a nice location.

Updates is outstanding – newsletters, feedback on the days and on the Tapestry.
Kids consistently come home cheerful and have enjoyable stories.
Would consistently suggest.

He has consistently had real attachment issues but the childcare centre have welcomed, helped and cared so much that he now loves going in and looks forward to not just seeing his key worker but all the team. He talks about it all the time and it’s so lovely hearing him talk about the friends he has made. Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford is just incredible!

February 16, 2025 at 1:23 amI sent a query on the bill to their contact email and never got any reply. The customer service number is not answered most of the time. Even when I complained about the kid safeguarding issue, I have not received any reply after a couple of weeks. What can I say? If you do not have any issues, you are lucky. If you got any problems, this childcare centre and the management team will completely let you down. This is the one I will not suggest to any of my friends. The management and updates are extremely poor after Bright Horizons took over this branch in 2019.

Thank you so much for everything you do for our kids. Our family adore this childcare centre setting, my daughter runs off every day and never looks back.

There are many excellent activities, I can tell there is lots of singing in the group, as my little one is humming the most popular childcare centre rhymes, and she cannot even speak much yet. Stuff at the childcare centre is very lovely, they are looking after my daughter amazingly. Quite often she doesn’t want to leave the place. Our little girl is enjoying very much so attending the childcare centre.

May 16, 2025 at 2:19 pmI was a little apprehensive about leaving her after 10 months of maternity leave but the team made me sense relaxed about leaving her so that I could get to work. She consistently seems cheerful about going into childcare centre and we consistently get updates at the end of the day, letting us know that she has had a great day. We are pleased with the level of care from the team, activities and food provided by this childcare centre. Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Chandler’s Ford since January 2022.

Our eldest is now ready for the step up to school and we are so pleased we chose this childcare centre as he has made a lot of friends that will accompany him to the school.
