Particularly the member of team in the baby room was fantastic in helping to settle my daughter into the childcare centre. The food is also very great with a wide variety of healthy meals. The kids participate in all kinds of activities every day including sensory playtime, music, and lots of time outdoors. Updates home is outstanding, especially with the addition of the families app so we are able to see photos of her day. My daughter loves going to childcare centre.

It’s spotless, it’s secure, updates from the team is exceptional and the team are welcoming and expert. My son is well looked after and I have no complaints. My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was one.

October 19, 2024 at 8:22 amThe team in the baby room were incredible with him, they were so welcoming and were cheerful to comfort him as much as he needed until he was comfortable. He has now settled perfectly and has built excellent relationships with his key workers and other childcare centre team. He is cheerful to be dropped off to playtime and is consistently doing enjoyable discovering activities. They also cater perfectly for his dietary intolerances. After such an awful start to childcare centre life, we couldn’t be happier with Bright Horizons, Nursling. The entry access and safeguarding is outstanding and the app is excellent to share what’s happening in his day. Updates is excellent and we are just so grateful to all the childcare centre team for looking after him so well. We would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone! We moved our 13-month-old son to this childcare centre in October 2022, after a particularly bad journey at another childcare centre settle session, which left him with a head injury and extremely unsettled.

October 20, 2024 at 5:48 amThey are constantly willing to assistance my kid’s developmental needs. Very pleased with this childcare centre and the attentive workers there! Keep going! I only have one recommendation for all of Bright Horizon Childcare centre: If a kid takes a break for a month or two, there should be a minimum charge to keep the space and, if possible, not the full amount. Particularly in cases where we pay, but do not receive complete funding. In this challenging economic and financial scenario, I would greatly appreciate Bright Horizons to take this into consideration. Thanks. This childcare centre is remarkable and the team is stellar!

They look after him so well and he consistently comes out smiling. I would highly suggest them. Our son started in August and absolutely loves it!

The activity planning in the recent months have visibly improved – think this is apparent through the app. I know my kids are very well looked after here. Thank you Bright Horizons Nursling. Very cheerful, overall. Our boy started here at 8 months old and settled in very quickly.

We are very cheerful with the excellent care. Two particular ladies are so confident and cheerful, and it portrays to all the kids.

The only downfall is the amount of outdoor space. The childcare centre does really well with the use of space they have. Outstanding childcare centre.

March 16, 2025 at 9:31 amWe moved from another childcare centre that we didn’t think we would be able to beat but the team at Bright Horizons Southampton Nursling Day Childcare centre and Preschool have been so welcoming and fantastic with the kids. I 100% trust the care and discovering that my kids have here. They will no doubt be in such a great position heading into reception year at school. We have two kids in this setting and it really is remarkable.

April 29, 2025 at 12:47 pmThey interact with the babies all the time and are so bubbly and encouraging. My little one loves it. The management team are welcoming as well and consistently says hello as you walk in – all the team are expert, welcoming, welcoming and respectful.
The facilities are perfect! Lots of space with natural wooden toys, musical instruments and books etc.
They also have an app on which they update you with your kid’s day. It includes details of the food they eat and their sleeps etc. Also photos now and again of your kid’s activities. The team in the baby room are fantastic!

They have consistently communicated well with both my husband and I so that we can all work together to achieve the best outcomes for his delays. He is so cheerful at Southampton Day Childcare centre Nursling and we couldn’t suggest the team more. Thank you to two girls in particular for all your hard work. All of the team at Southampton Day Childcare centre Nursling have been so fantastic for our little boy.
