Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery and Preschool

Very welcoming, attentive and welcoming, consistently thinking of our kids. My baby daughter started with visits in September and then twice a week over October and November, but unfortunately due to higher prices need to decrease to once a week; we will carry making the effort to have our girl there. From the third in charge to three other team members in particular and other team, they are all lovely, we trust them without any concerns. Bright Horizons, Winchester, since visiting last year, got our heart, we loved it straightway, setting, space and team.

My kid loves being at childcare centre and has come a long way since attending. I sense confident she’s in the best hands when I’m at work. Every single member of team from all rooms of the childcare centre are welcoming and supportive.

We adore the team’s attention to detail, creativity, warmth and care. We adore the on-site cooking and outdoor playtime. Our girls have been so cheerful here. Highly recommended. My daughters have been at Winchesters Bright Horizons since 2016.

Nothing is too much trouble and they consistently make us sense so welcome. They have excellent activities set up every day and provide experiences for the kids to learn skills and independence. My daughter often comes home singing or doing something new. They are offered excellent, freshly cooked meals and snacks, which my daughter consistently enjoys! The childcare centre manager and all the team are so welcoming and have really helped my daughter settle into childcare centre.

It is clear that the team care deeply for the kids in their care and are invested in helping encourage loving, curious and resilient individuals to learn and grow. We especially delight in the cooking activities from their in-house chef and the focus on outdoor playtime. We have nothing but praise for Bright Horizons, Winchester and its fantastic team.

She enjoys telling us all about what she has been up to during the day when we collect her. Really lovely childcare centre, our daughter has settled extremely well and is excited to be dropped off each morning.

He comes out with a smile on his face and lots of things to tell me that he has done. Had a parent’s evening last night and was lovely to hear comments about how he is doing, making goals with me to make sure he is getting the best out of Bright Horizons. Team have consistently been incredible with my son.

Our son has been to two nurseries previously, we changed as we moved to the area and this is our favourite by far. He is excited to come and trots in happily every morning which is especially lovely as this was not the case at his previous nurseries. The team are so attentive, he settled beautifully and with their help he is now potty trained. The manager, room leaders and key workers are all easily available and the updates between team and parents is strong. Caters well for allergies/intolerances. The team care deeply and it shows with how cheerful our boy is there! Remarkable childcare centre.

Our son is extremely well looked after, stimulated and guided by a exceptional team. I have recommended Bright Horizons to many other parents!
He has thrived in the past year and made some lovely friends too. The team go over and above to make sure they have a range of indoor and outdoor activities (come rain or shine!). We are really cheerful with Bright Horizons and have been from day 1.

We think carers are doing a excellent job, but could improve on taking care of keeping eye on the kid’s clothes. We have been missing some items and they don’t seem to be found, which I guess means that the item was put in another kid’s backpack and never returned to the childcare centre to give to the correct kid.
The childcare centre fees are very expensive and the fact that the fees have been raised twice in a year is shocking. I haven’t had 2 pay reviews in my work despite all prices increasing. Our kids adore to go to childcare centre and their carers.
