The team are incredibly welcoming, welcoming and expert. They went above and beyond to ensure my kid felt secure and comfortable, especially when settling into his new room. The facilities are remarkable, with plenty of toys, games and activities to keep the kids engaged and discovering. The outdoor area is also fantastic, providing a secure and enjoyable space for the kids to run around and explore.
The childcare centre’s curriculum is remarkable, with a excellent balance of educational activities and playtime. My kid really enjoys his time there. The passion that she has for the childcare centre, team and kids really translates into the creative activities and positivity of the team. The kids now have a yoga room and the kitchen has been reopened so the kids can experiment with food.
The manager has created a culture that allows you to voice your opinions if you have any concerns or questions and they are consistently quickly actioned.
I cannot give enough praise to another team member who has so much passion, adore and care for the kids. She is an outstanding key worker and is one of the main reasons why our son has settled in so quickly.
The atmosphere and creativity that one team member in particular fosters within baby room 1, ensures that the kids are consistently having enjoyable (water playtime, crafts, observations, building). The only real opportunities for improvement would be more outside time because the gardens are so excellent. Thank you! She has settled in well due to the incredible team who work with the babies. They have been amazingly compassionate, patient and welcoming when it came to settling our baby in and continuing to build up to longer days. The team have supported us in getting her used to taking a bottle and we have felt very cheerful with each day she spends with them. They really do get to know your kid very well. The app is exceptional and allows you to see what activities the babies have been doing such as food, nappy changes and bottle feeds. The team also send regular pictures and development updates to you via the app, which is so welcome when you’re back to working and missing your little one during the day. It consistently makes us smile. The team at this childcare centre are incredible and so understanding. They really do go out of their way to assistance you and your kid. We think all the team of the baby room are incredible, especially two members of team in particular! Our baby has been in the baby room for a few months now.

I have got a strict napping routine during the day for my kid to help me fix our night sleep and the childcare centre has been super understanding and supportive. The caregivers are so attentive to my kid’s needs and developmental milestones; my baby comes home cheerful, well fed and with great adequate physical tiredness. I’m extremely cheerful with the childcare centre.

They have assisted my eldest to transition into their childcare centre really well and have contributed to making her sense secure. Two members of team have been supporting her during drop-off at this current time as she has been struggling with separation anxiety.
My youngest son has gone through two diagnoses during his time at the childcare centre and his baby room team and key worker and another member of team have been very supportive during this anxious time. Everyone has been very accommodating to his medical care plans and makes us sense secure and secure to leave him in the nurseries care.
We have noticed positive changes already since the manager’s arrival and have enjoyed seeing the team recognition praises. We have also noticed the addition of calm corners and yoga which our daughter enjoys as it promotes being healthy. We have two kids who attend Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Childcare centre and Preschool and we find that their key workers and other care team to be very supportive, attentive and supportive.

Kids area very spotless and organised, nice playtime area outside for the kids. The team helped us with both kids, to settle into the childcare centre and both now really delight in going to childcare centre. Excellent team, very welcoming and supportive.

They playtime and make enjoyable with kids.
Kids can bring their own toys and belongings, but team will consistently make sure these are secure (we had a toy with a camera function which was immediately checked and welcoming team convinced our kid to put it in a secure place). We can see development in development on daily basis but everything is also recorded and monitored with plenty of photos and updates. You can easily check what and how much your kid has eaten when.
Food is made fresh on-site and tailored to suit needs and requirements (dietary and allergies).
Kids have plenty of room to playtime and the whole facility is consistently spotless and tidy and the garden! Huge open space, divided into sections by age where kids can safely playtime and learn gardening.
Wet outside? No problem as many areas are filled with artificial grass so they can only get wet. We have tried three nurseries and two childminders and this is the best place by miles.

The team are so compassionate and attentive and all the kids seem so cheerful and comfortable there. Such a lovely setting with excellent facilities and a fantastic ethos. Adore being kept up to date with the app and seeing all the fantastic things my daughter gets up to. My very shy 2 year old, has gone from being tearful to leave me to skipping through the gate in just a few weeks.
